直流變換器的魯棒控制算法

【摘要】:DC-DC開(kāi)關(guān)變換器控制問(wèn)題的研究是當(dāng)前功率電子學(xué)研究的主要方向之一,通過(guò)對(duì)它的控制來(lái)改善變換器的輸出電能質(zhì)量。相比于傳統(tǒng)的PWM控制,找到一種更有效控制方法來(lái)提高變換器的動(dòng)態(tài)性能和穩(wěn)態(tài)性能指標(biāo),是當(dāng)前形勢(shì)所需。 本文致力于研究Hē控制和無(wú)源控制等魯棒控制方法應(yīng)用于DC-DC開(kāi)關(guān)變換器的理論與技術(shù)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的干擾抑制問(wèn)題和魯棒鎮(zhèn)定問(wèn)題,通過(guò)建立變換器的確定模型和不確定模型,研究解決上述問(wèn)題的魯棒控制算法。具體內(nèi)容如下: 1.考慮電路輸入端和輸出端擾動(dòng)以及外部噪聲的影響,建立直流變換器的增廣狀態(tài)空間平均模型。應(yīng)用Hē控制理論推導(dǎo)控制器算法來(lái)抑制干擾,以保證系統(tǒng)的魯棒穩(wěn)定性和動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)性能。以boost變換器為例說(shuō)明Hē控制器的計(jì)算過(guò)程,時(shí)域和頻域的仿真結(jié)果表明該算法得到的控制器對(duì)干擾抑制的有效性。 2.基于直流變換器的切換線性模型,提出了一種通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)輸入電壓來(lái)穩(wěn)定輸出的魯棒控制算法。通過(guò)建立直流變換器的擴(kuò)張切換線性模型,應(yīng)用線性矩陣不等式(LMI)性質(zhì)和Hē控制理論,給出了該線性切換系統(tǒng)的Hē控制器存在的充分條件和設(shè)計(jì)方法的LMI形式。所得控制器使直流變換器閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)在任意切換策略下漸近穩(wěn)定且具有Hē性能界。Buck和boost變換器的仿真結(jié)果顯示了該控制器能有效抑制輸出端干擾,魯棒穩(wěn)定性好;可用任意常數(shù)占空比切換變換器系統(tǒng),在參數(shù)擾動(dòng)時(shí)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)輸入電壓實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出電壓穩(wěn)定在期望值上。 3.以buck直流變換器為研究對(duì)象,推導(dǎo)了非線性魯棒控制算法以達(dá)到減小干擾影響的目的。首先在buck變換器非線性模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立具有擾動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)誤差模型。然后根據(jù)無(wú)源性控制理論,得到Hē控制器及其參數(shù)約束條件,并理論分析了閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。最后對(duì)buck變換器元件參數(shù)擾動(dòng)的情況進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬和電路仿真來(lái)驗(yàn)證該控制算法的正確性和有效性。 4.考慮buck變換器中的多個(gè)參數(shù)存在不確定的情況,通過(guò)一階泰勒近似的方法建立buck變換器的參數(shù)不確定模型,應(yīng)用LMI和Hē控制理論,研究其輸出反饋Hē控制算法。給出該不確定buck系統(tǒng)的輸出反饋Hē控制器存在的充分條件和計(jì)算方法,所得控制器使得buck變換器閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)在多個(gè)參數(shù)小范圍變化的情況下漸近穩(wěn)定且對(duì)外部噪聲的抑制具有最大Hē魯棒性能界。 5.為提高直流變換器對(duì)干擾及不確定因素的魯棒性,提出了一種基于LMI的魯棒PID控制算法。PID參數(shù)應(yīng)用區(qū)域極點(diǎn)配置的方法來(lái)整定。將PID控制和Hē控制相結(jié)合,以LMI形式給出Hē PID控制器的可解性條件。所得的控制器使得閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)滿足:閉環(huán)極點(diǎn)分布在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)以獲得期望的動(dòng)態(tài)特性;對(duì)外部噪聲的抑制具有最大Hē魯棒性能界。此外,該控制算法也可應(yīng)用于參數(shù)不確定的多胞型直流變換器系統(tǒng)。 6.應(yīng)用非線性系統(tǒng)無(wú)源化方法研究了Buck變換器的控制策略;贐uck變換器的非線性誤差模型,,通過(guò)坐標(biāo)變換得到與之反饋等價(jià)的系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)無(wú)源理論,對(duì)反饋等價(jià)系統(tǒng)施加適當(dāng)反饋使之無(wú)源化,給出了閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)無(wú)源性證明,并構(gòu)造Lyapunov函數(shù)保證閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)的漸近穩(wěn)定性,進(jìn)而得到Buck變換器的無(wú)源反饋控制律。設(shè)計(jì)了該無(wú)源控制器的Pspice仿真電路,仿真結(jié)果表明該無(wú)源控制的Buck變換器輸出的穩(wěn)定性可以得到有效控制,對(duì)負(fù)載擾動(dòng)和輸入電壓擾動(dòng)的魯棒性好,且調(diào)整控制律中的可調(diào)系數(shù)可以改善系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The research of DC-DC switching converter control is one of the main directions of the current power electronics research, and the output power quality of the converter is improved by its control. Compared with the traditional PWM control, a more effective control method is found to improve the dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the converter, which is the current situation. This paper is devoted to the research of robust control methods such as H-phase control and non-source control, which are applied to the theory of DC-DC switching converters. Aiming at the problem of interference suppression of the system and the problem of rod stabilization, the robust control for solving the above problems is studied by establishing the determining model and uncertain model of the converter. Algorithm. Details 1. Considering the influence of the circuit input terminal and the output end disturbance and the external noise, the augmented state of the DC converter is established.
