【摘要】：西漢元帝初元二年二月戊午,即公元前47年4月17日,在隴西郡所屬的宺道縣附近發(fā)生了1次強烈地震,造成"壞敗宺道縣城郭、官寺及民室屋,壓殺人眾。山崩地裂,水泉涌出"等嚴重震害。根據歷史資料考證和野外實地調查,確認宺道縣城在今甘肅省隴西縣文峰鎮(zhèn)東南的三臺王家新莊附近。宺道城是這次地震史料記載中破壞最嚴重的地方,理應位于極震區(qū)內,其烈度達Ⅸ—Ⅹ度,估算其震級達7級左右。結合其他破壞點烈度的綜合評定結果,繪制了這次地震的等震線圖,其長軸方向為NWW向。這次地震極震區(qū)位置和等震線長軸方向與該區(qū)的西秦嶺北緣斷裂帶的甘谷—武山斷裂段西段相吻合。該段斷裂全新世晚期新活動的地質地貌和地質剖面證據明確,以左旋走滑為主兼具向N傾的正斷特性,斷錯了沖溝T_1—T_2級沖洪積階地,沿斷裂至今仍保留有部分深切的地震斷層溝槽、黃土中密集發(fā)育的張性構造裂縫、滑坡體和串珠狀落水洞等地表形變現象遺跡。結合該區(qū)現代小震活動精定位結果的綜合分析,認為公元前47年隴西地震應為西秦嶺北緣斷裂帶的甘谷—武山斷裂段西段新活動的結果。該斷裂具備發(fā)生7級以上地震的構造條件。
