深埋圓形洞室開挖卸荷圍巖變形數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,使得資源短缺與環(huán)境惡化嚴(yán)重,因此地下空間被廣泛地開發(fā)利用,其中地下洞室的規(guī)模和埋深也在不斷增大。然而在深埋巖體開挖過程中,圍巖損傷變形及巖爆的發(fā)生等嚴(yán)重影響工程的順利進(jìn)行,為了解決這些難題,巖體開挖卸荷效應(yīng)成為研究重點(diǎn),尤其是鉆爆開挖中地應(yīng)力瞬態(tài)卸荷過程對圍巖造成的損傷變形問題。本文以圓形洞室為例,針對地下深埋巖體的開挖卸荷效應(yīng),基于_>性動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,通過有限差分軟件建立圓形洞室開挖地應(yīng)力瞬態(tài)卸荷模型,研究瞬態(tài)卸荷過程對圍巖產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)態(tài)擾動(dòng)效應(yīng),確定圍巖損傷范圍。對比分析不同條件產(chǎn)生的影響,以此提出減小圍巖損傷、預(yù)防巖爆發(fā)生的措施。本文進(jìn)行了如下幾個(gè)方面的工作:(1)在圓形洞室開挖卸荷力學(xué)模型的理論基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件,結(jié)合應(yīng)力釋放法,編寫洞室開挖地應(yīng)力瞬態(tài)卸荷的程序,建立模型,進(jìn)行模擬分析研究。(2)驗(yàn)證模擬程序的正確性,并且在給定的條件下進(jìn)行圍巖動(dòng)態(tài)效應(yīng)的分析,主要包括圍巖應(yīng)力、位移與速度隨時(shí)間的變化情況。同時(shí)采用Griffith強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則,作為圍巖損傷變形的破壞準(zhǔn)則,以此確定圍巖的損傷范圍。(3)改變地應(yīng)力瞬態(tài)卸荷過程中的影響條件,對比分析不同條件下圍巖的動(dòng)態(tài)效應(yīng),通過分析,針對不同影響條件,基于瞬態(tài)卸荷,提出減小圍巖損傷、預(yù)防巖爆發(fā)生的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy, the shortage of resources and the deterioration of environment are becoming more and more serious, so underground space is widely used, and the scale and depth of underground cavern are also increasing.However, the damage and deformation of surrounding rock mass and the occurrence of rock burst seriously affect the smooth progress of the project during the excavation process of deep buried rock mass. In order to solve these problems, the unloading effect of rock mass excavation becomes the focus of research.Especially the damage and deformation of surrounding rock caused by the transient unloading process of in-situ stress during drilling and blasting excavation.In this paper, taking the circular cavern as an example, based on the theory of _ > dynamics and finite difference software, a transient unloading model of in-situ stress of circular cavern excavation is established in view of the excavation unloading effect of underground deep buried rock mass.The dynamic disturbance effect of transient unloading process on surrounding rock is studied and the damage range of surrounding rock is determined.The effects of different conditions are compared and the measures to reduce the damage of surrounding rock and prevent the occurrence of rockburst are put forward.The work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of the theory of unloading mechanics model of circular cavern excavation, using FLAC3D software, combined with stress release method, the program of transient unloading of in-situ stress in excavation of cavern is compiled, and the model is established.The simulation analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation program, and the dynamic effect of surrounding rock is analyzed under given conditions, including the variation of surrounding rock stress, displacement and velocity with time.At the same time, the Griffith strength criterion is adopted as the failure criterion of surrounding rock damage and deformation, so as to determine the damage range of surrounding rock, to change the influence conditions in the transient unloading process of ground stress, to compare and analyze the dynamic effect of surrounding rock under different conditions, and to analyze the dynamic effect of surrounding rock under different conditions.According to the different influence conditions, based on the transient unloading, the measures to reduce the damage of surrounding rock and prevent the occurrence of rockburst are put forward.
