【摘要】：為了研制國(guó)產(chǎn)系列高效反滲透海水淡化高壓泵產(chǎn)品并實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化,應(yīng)用國(guó)家科技支撐課題最新技術(shù),結(jié)合當(dāng)前世界海水淡化高壓泵制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展新趨勢(shì),并根據(jù)實(shí)際使用中的性能要求,通過從總體結(jié)構(gòu)、軸向力平衡裝置、軸承潤(rùn)滑方式、耐磨材料等入手,進(jìn)行了大量的研制、試制及試驗(yàn)工作.并針對(duì)目前現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品存在的問題和品種較單一的狀況,研制開發(fā)了滿足日產(chǎn)5 000,10 000,15 000 t淡水的海水淡化裝置的3種規(guī)格高壓泵產(chǎn)品,經(jīng)生產(chǎn)、試驗(yàn)及用戶使用結(jié)果表明,該系列高效高壓泵產(chǎn)品的性能指標(biāo)已達(dá)到目前國(guó)際上同類產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)水平.
[Abstract]:In order to develop a series of efficient domestic reverse osmosis desalination high-pressure pump products and realize industrialization, the new application of national science and technology support projects, with the new development trend of high pressure pump manufacturing technology in the world of desalination, and according to the performance requirements in the practical use, from the overall structure, the axial force balance device, lubrication, starting wear resistant materials, have done a lot of research, trial and test work. Aiming at the problems of existing products and varieties of a single production situation, developed to meet Nissan 000,10 5 000,15 000 t water desalination unit of 3 kinds of high pressure pump products, the test results, and use that performance the index series of high pressure pump products has reached the international technical level of similar products.
