鐵路隧道救援站火災(zāi)特性及煙氣控制試驗研究

【摘要】:鐵路是國家的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,沒有鐵路的現(xiàn)代化就難以實現(xiàn)國家的現(xiàn)代化。近年來,隨著長大鐵路隧道的不斷出現(xiàn),在方便運輸?shù)耐瑫r也給鐵路隧道的安全運營帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以擬建的特長鐵路隧道高黎貢山隧道為工程依托,通過救援站火災(zāi)模型試驗,探明區(qū)間隧道火災(zāi)燃燒特性,研究不同通風(fēng)方式下救援站發(fā)生火災(zāi)時的煙氣蔓延規(guī)律、溫度場分布、火災(zāi)通風(fēng)排煙控制效果等,進而提出救援站發(fā)生火災(zāi)時合理的通風(fēng)排煙方案。通過Fluent數(shù)值模擬和模型試驗的對比研究,可以得出如下結(jié)論:(1)通過對縱向通風(fēng)下救援站隧道內(nèi)的溫度場分布規(guī)律和煙氣蔓延規(guī)律的分析研究,得出了試驗中的臨界風(fēng)速,通過理論推導(dǎo)得出臨界風(fēng)速的理論值,進一步與試驗值進行對比,說明理論預(yù)測臨界風(fēng)速的合理性。(2)在半橫向通風(fēng)下,有縱向誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)速的排煙效果要好于無縱向誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)速,且排煙量越大,排煙效果越好。(3)通過對縱向和半橫向兩種排煙方式結(jié)果的對比分析,得出半橫向通風(fēng)排煙是長大鐵路隧道救援站火災(zāi)較佳的排煙方式。(4)通過對Fluent數(shù)值模擬與模型試驗的對比,驗證了二者在溫度場分布及煙氣蔓延規(guī)律的一致性。
[Abstract]:Railway is the important infrastructure of the country, without the modernization of railway, it is difficult to realize the modernization of the country.In recent years, along with the continuous appearance of the long railway tunnel, it brings new challenges to the safe operation of railway tunnel as well as convenient transportation.Based on the Gaoligongshan tunnel, an extra long railway tunnel, this paper studies the smoke spread law of the rescue station under different ventilation modes through the fire model test of rescue station to prove the burning characteristics of the tunnel fire.The distribution of temperature field, the control effect of fire ventilation and exhaust smoke, etc.Through the comparative study of Fluent numerical simulation and model test, we can draw the following conclusion: 1) through the analysis and study of temperature field distribution and smoke spread law of rescue station tunnel under longitudinal ventilation, the critical wind speed in the test is obtained.The theoretical value of critical wind speed is obtained by theoretical derivation, and further compared with the experimental value, which shows that the rationality of theoretical prediction of critical wind speed is better than that of no longitudinal induced wind speed under semi-lateral ventilation, and the smoke exhaust effect with longitudinal induced wind speed is better than that without longitudinal induced wind speed.And the larger the amount of exhaust smoke, the better the smoke exhaust effect. (3) through the comparative analysis of the results of longitudinal and semi-horizontal smoke exhaust methods,It is concluded that semi-transverse ventilation and smoke exhaust is the best way to exhaust smoke in the rescue station of long railway tunnel. Through the comparison of Fluent numerical simulation and model test, the consistency between them in temperature field distribution and smoke spread law is verified.
