機(jī)械式立體停車(chē)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,,城市汽車(chē)保有量不斷增加,使得我國(guó)城市停車(chē)難現(xiàn)象日益加劇。機(jī)械式立體停車(chē)設(shè)備占地少、布局靈活、高效節(jié)能,成為解決停車(chē)難問(wèn)題的重要途徑。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)停車(chē)場(chǎng)停車(chē)現(xiàn)狀和立體停車(chē)設(shè)備使用情況的調(diào)查分析,綜合各種類(lèi)型車(chē)庫(kù)的工作原理和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),同時(shí)考慮到研發(fā)成本和維修,以應(yīng)用最為廣泛的升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)車(chē)庫(kù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和分析。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,選擇三層三列式車(chē)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。首先,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了車(chē)庫(kù)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),根據(jù)車(chē)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)立體車(chē)庫(kù)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和載車(chē)板進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);其次,根據(jù)升降橫移式立體車(chē)庫(kù)的工作運(yùn)行原理,對(duì)車(chē)庫(kù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架的主要受力部件進(jìn)行有限元分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化,保證了車(chē)庫(kù)的安全性。最后,利用三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)兩種型式的載車(chē)板進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體建模和裝配,得到載車(chē)板的三維模型;運(yùn)用有限元分析方法,對(duì)拼裝式和整體式載車(chē)板進(jìn)行靜力分析,獲得載車(chē)板的應(yīng)力及應(yīng)變隨車(chē)板厚度變化的規(guī)律,為載車(chē)板的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the number of urban cars is increasing, which makes the phenomenon of parking difficulty in our country more and more serious.Mechanical stereoscopic parking equipment occupies less space, has flexible layout, and is an important way to solve the problem of parking.Through the investigation and analysis of the parking situation and the use of the three-dimensional parking equipment in the domestic parking lot, this paper synthesizes the working principle, advantages and disadvantages of various types of garage, and considers the cost and maintenance of the research and development at the same time.In this paper, the structure optimization design and analysis of the lifting and traversing stereoscopic garage, which is widely used, is carried out.In this paper, the three-story and three-row garage structure is selected as the research model combined with the actual project.First of all, the main structure and characteristics of the garage are briefly introduced. According to the design requirements of the garage, the structural design of the steel structure frame, transmission system and car-carrying board of the three-dimensional garage is carried out; secondly, according to the working principle of the lifting and traversing stereoscopic garage,Based on the finite element analysis of the main mechanical components of the steel frame of garage, the security of the garage is ensured.Finally, using 3D design software to model and assemble the two types of vehicle loading plate, the three-dimensional model of the loading plate is obtained, and the static analysis of the assembled and integral loading plate is carried out by using the finite element analysis method.The variation of the thickness of the plate with stress and strain is obtained, which provides a reference for the structural design and improvement of the plate.
