水泥混凝土路面局部破損快速修補材料應用研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面因其具有強度高,壽命長,維護費用少等優(yōu)點,得到了廣泛的應用。水泥混凝土路面局部破損是一種常見的病害,如坑槽、孔洞、裂縫等。局部破損如果修復不及時,不僅降低道路使用壽命,還增加了維修成本;炷涟鍓K修復技術存在成本高、開放交通時間長等缺點,且環(huán)境差異又會造成修復技術的難度,因此,為了提高修補效率及縮短交通開放時間,需開發(fā)適于干燥及潮濕環(huán)境的水泥路面局部破損快速修補材料。 本文結合水泥混凝土路面局部破損的特點,并參照相關文獻,提出了修復材料技術性能要求,研究了干燥環(huán)境及潮濕環(huán)境下使用的環(huán)氧樹脂修補材料,通過對環(huán)氧砂漿中骨料級配類型與用量、固化劑的種類等因素對其工作性能的影響,對修補材料的組分進行了優(yōu)化,得到適用于水泥混凝土路面干燥環(huán)境和潮濕環(huán)境局部破損修補材料的初步配方。再對砂漿的強度發(fā)展規(guī)律、與舊混凝土間的粘結強度、耐腐蝕性能等進行了試驗,得到優(yōu)化配合比。研究結果表明: (1)不管在干燥環(huán)境還是潮濕環(huán)境下,環(huán)氧膠結料中應添加適量的活性稀釋劑XY207,以降低漿液粘度,提高砂漿的工作性能及機械性能。 (2)環(huán)氧砂漿強度受集料級配和砂膠比影響,使用時要綜合強度、工作性和經濟性再進行選擇。 (3)填料可以改善砂漿力學性能,對砂漿內部空隙進行填補,,提高砂漿結構致密性,還可以降低材料成本。 (4)不同類型的固化劑能使環(huán)氧砂漿具有不同的強度和凝膠時間,固化劑摻入量越大,砂漿的凝膠時間越快,可操作時間越短;本文在潮濕和干燥兩種環(huán)境下,采用了四種不同的固化劑和兩種不同的活性稀釋劑,在干燥環(huán)境下,綜合考慮了砂漿的可操作時間、強度、粘結強度等因素,選用TF-30固化劑比較適宜,其早期強度大、漿體滲透性高、可操作時間適中;在潮濕環(huán)境下,以T-4為固化劑的砂漿強度發(fā)展快、早強高、粘結強度到達4.5MPa以上,因此采用固化劑T-4是最佳的選擇。 (5)本文所研究的兩種修補材料的強度、耐腐蝕性、粘結性等方面都滿足使用要求。而所提出的施工工藝簡單,但實際效果仍需工程檢驗。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete pavement has been widely used because of its high strength, long life, low maintenance cost and so on.Local damage of cement concrete pavement is a common disease, such as potholes, holes, cracks and so on.If partial damage is not repaired in time, it not only reduces the service life of the road, but also increases the maintenance cost.In order to improve the repair efficiency and shorten the traffic opening time, the repair technology of concrete slab has the disadvantages of high cost, long open traffic time and so on, and the environmental difference will cause the difficulty of the repair technology, therefore, in order to improve the repair efficiency and shorten the traffic opening time,Rapid repair materials for local damage of cement pavement suitable for dry and wet environment need to be developed.According to the characteristics of local damage of cement concrete pavement and referring to relevant literature, the technical performance requirements of repairing materials are put forward in this paper. The epoxy resin repair materials used in dry and humid environments are studied.The composition of the repair material was optimized by the influence of the gradation type and amount of aggregate in epoxy mortar and the type of curing agent on its working performance.A preliminary formula for repairing local damage of cement concrete pavement in dry and humid conditions was obtained.The strength development law of mortar, bond strength and corrosion resistance between mortar and old concrete were tested, and the optimum mix ratio was obtained.The results show that:1) the proper amount of active diluent XY207 should be added to the epoxy binder in order to reduce the viscosity of slurry and improve the working and mechanical properties of mortar.(2) the strength of epoxy mortar is affected by aggregate gradation and sand / binder ratio.3) the filler can improve the mechanical properties of mortar, fill the inner voids of mortar, improve the compactness of mortar structure, and reduce the material cost.4) different kinds of curing agents can make epoxy mortar have different strength and gel time. The greater the amount of curing agent, the faster the gelation time and the shorter the operating time.Four different curing agents and two different active diluents were used. In dry environment, the operating time, strength and bond strength of mortar were considered synthetically. The TF-30 curing agent was suitable and its early strength was high.The mortar has high permeability and moderate operating time. In humid environment, the strength of mortar with T-4 as curing agent develops rapidly, the early strength is high, the bond strength is above 4.5MPa, so it is the best choice to use T-4 as curing agent.5) the strength, corrosion resistance and adhesion of the two kinds of repair materials studied in this paper meet the requirements of application.The proposed construction technology is simple, but the actual effect still needs engineering inspection.
