水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝層早期裂縫分析及修補材料研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝層是一種特殊的路面結(jié)構(gòu),它承擔(dān)著保護橋面板和充當(dāng)路面功能的作用。但是現(xiàn)階段橋面鋪裝層早期病害日趨嚴(yán)重,破壞形式主要表現(xiàn)為裂縫。本文主要通過室內(nèi)試驗從以下幾個方面研究了水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝層早期裂縫的影響因素,并對早期裂縫的發(fā)展進行了預(yù)估分析,同時對裂縫的修補材料進行了相關(guān)研究。 1、對影響早期開裂收縮的相關(guān)因素進行了試驗研究。主要研究了礦物摻合料和水灰比對混凝土塑性開裂的影響,不同摻合料和外加劑對橋面鋪裝混凝土早期收縮的影響。結(jié)果表明:礦物摻合料能夠顯著影響塑性開裂的時間,增加了裂縫平均開裂面積和總裂開面積,礦物摻合料建議摻25%左右的粉煤灰;水灰比的降低會使混凝土出現(xiàn)塑性裂縫的時間提前,水灰比低于0.4時影響顯著增大;纖維以及纖維混摻不同摻合料和外加劑都能抑制混凝土收縮,纖維混摻粉煤灰效果最佳。 2、研究了纖維對混凝土強度的影響以及配筋率對鋼筋混凝土軸向直接拉伸的影響。得出:纖維的摻入在一定程度上降低了混凝土的抗壓強度,提高了劈裂強度、抗彎拉強度、軸向拉力和峰值應(yīng)變,強度受摻量及尺寸的影響;配筋率對首次開裂影響不大,但數(shù)量多直徑細的配筋形式能夠更為有效地控制裂縫寬度發(fā)展。 3、根據(jù)橋面鋪裝實際使用過程中的斷裂形式,建立了2種基于一定假設(shè)條件下的數(shù)學(xué)模型。對2個模型的混凝土應(yīng)力、鋼筋應(yīng)力、混凝土位移、裂縫寬度等進行了分析,并通過迭代法對問題進行求解。 4、對橋面鋪裝層裂縫修補進行了研究。主要研究了環(huán)氧樹脂的修補性能,確定了相關(guān)配合比。 本論文研究成果可用于橋面鋪裝層材料設(shè)計、配筋率和裂縫修補參考。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete bridge deck pavement is a special pavement structure, which plays the role of protecting bridge deck and acting as pavement function.But at present, the early disease of bridge deck pavement is becoming more and more serious, and the main failure form is crack.In this paper, the influencing factors of early cracks in cement concrete bridge deck pavement are studied from the following aspects through laboratory tests, and the development of early cracks is predicted and analyzed. At the same time, the repair materials of cracks are studied.1. The related factors affecting early cracking and shrinkage were studied experimentally.The effect of mineral admixture and water-cement ratio on plastic cracking of concrete and the effect of different admixtures and admixtures on the early shrinkage of bridge deck pavement concrete were studied.The results show that mineral admixtures can significantly affect the time of plastic cracking and increase the average crack area and total crack area. The mineral admixture is suggested to add about 25% fly ash.The decrease of water-cement ratio can advance the time of plastic crack in concrete, and the influence of water-cement ratio is significantly increased when the ratio of water to cement is lower than 0.4, fiber and fiber mixed with different admixtures and admixtures can inhibit the shrinkage of concrete, and fiber mixing with fly ash has the best effect.2. The influence of fiber on the strength of concrete and the effect of reinforcement ratio on the axial tensile strength of reinforced concrete are studied.It is concluded that the addition of fiber reduces the compressive strength of concrete to a certain extent, increases the splitting strength, flexural tensile strength, axial tensile force and peak strain, and the strength is affected by the content and size of the concrete, and the ratio of reinforcement has little effect on the first cracking.However, a large number of small reinforcement with multiple diameters can control the crack width more effectively.3. According to the fracture form of bridge deck pavement in practical use, two kinds of mathematical models based on certain assumptions are established.The concrete stress, reinforcement stress, concrete displacement and crack width of the two models are analyzed, and the problem is solved by iterative method.4. The crack repair of bridge deck pavement is studied.The repair performance of epoxy resin was studied and the correlation ratio was determined.The research results of this paper can be used for bridge deck pavement material design, reinforcement ratio and crack repair reference.
