雙快線交通協(xié)調(diào)管理及安全保障研究

【摘要】:在世界范圍內(nèi),隨著汽車保有量和對(duì)其需求的不斷增加,一些大中城市的道路交通問題日益突出。為了解決這個(gè)問題,許多國(guó)家建立了各種交通快線,,比較典型的是快速公交(BRT)和城市高架橋快速路,由這兩種快線組成的雙快線交通系統(tǒng)對(duì)緩解城市交通壓力起到了巨大的作用。但隨著雙快線運(yùn)營(yíng)的不斷深入,雙快線交通系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)營(yíng)管理協(xié)調(diào)和安全等方面的問題逐漸顯露。與之相似的是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來伴隨著中國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程加快城市私人汽車擁有量快速增加,城市道路交通問題日益突出。本文通過分析城市快速公交系統(tǒng)和城市高架路的交通特性,為研究雙快線的交通協(xié)調(diào)管理和安全保障打下鋪墊。通過交通特性來研究雙快線的交通協(xié)調(diào)管理所遵循的公交優(yōu)先、以人為本、因地制宜和速度保障等原則,和所遵循的快速公交與社會(huì)車輛、慢行系統(tǒng)和快速路節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)調(diào)管理的方法,以及快速路與地面道路的銜接方法。從而進(jìn)一步研究雙快線交通安全保障中車輛與環(huán)境對(duì)雙快線交通安全的影響,并詳細(xì)研究了雙快線保障系統(tǒng)中的安全預(yù)防、安全保障和安全救援系統(tǒng)。本文著重從以下四個(gè)方面,理論基礎(chǔ)、應(yīng)用技術(shù)、管理手段和執(zhí)行政策分別分析了雙快線的安全保障體系。為城市快速公交系統(tǒng)和城市高架橋系統(tǒng)的安全快速運(yùn)行提供切實(shí)可行的安全運(yùn)行原則與方法,確保雙快線為緩解城市交通擁擠與矛盾做出貢獻(xiàn)。通過對(duì)交通協(xié)調(diào)管理和安全保障的研究,使雙快線提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,為乘客出行營(yíng)造快捷舒適的環(huán)境,從而提高社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:In the world, with the increasing of vehicle ownership and demand, road traffic problems in some large and medium-sized cities become increasingly prominent.In order to solve this problem, many countries have established various kinds of express lines, typical of which are bus Rapid Transit (BRTT) and Urban Viaduct Expressway.The double-line traffic system composed of these two kinds of express lines has played a great role in relieving the urban traffic pressure.However, with the continuous deepening of dual express line operation, the problems in operation management coordination and safety of dual express line transportation system are gradually revealed.Similarly, in the 21st century, with the process of urbanization in China, the number of private cars has increased rapidly, and the urban road traffic problems have become increasingly prominent.By analyzing the traffic characteristics of urban bus rapid transit system and urban viaduct, this paper lays the groundwork for the study of traffic coordination management and safety guarantee of double express lines.Through the traffic characteristics to study the dual express line traffic coordination management followed by the principles of bus priority, people-oriented, measures to cope with local conditions and speed protection, and follow the rapid transit and social vehicles,The method of coordinated management between the slow system and the expressway node, and the method of connecting the expressway and the ground road.The influence of vehicle and environment on the traffic safety of double express line is further studied, and the safety prevention, safety guarantee and safety rescue system of double express line guarantee system are studied in detail.This paper focuses on the following four aspects, the theoretical basis, applied technology, management means and implementation policy, respectively, to analyze the double fast line security system.It provides practical principles and methods for the safe and rapid operation of urban bus rapid transit system and viaduct system, and ensures that the double express line can contribute to alleviating the traffic congestion and contradiction in the city.Through the study of traffic coordination management and safety guarantee, the double express line can improve the operation efficiency, create a fast and comfortable environment for passengers to travel, and thus improve social benefits.
