基于CAN總線的橋梁檢測(cè)車控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近些年來隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,交通也呈現(xiàn)出井噴式的發(fā)展,,并且隨著舊橋梁的維護(hù)及大量新橋梁的建造,橋梁檢測(cè)車的需求量越來越大。 本文闡述了橋梁檢測(cè)車的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的發(fā)展,利用基于CAN總線的分布式控制結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)出橋梁檢測(cè)車控制系統(tǒng)和軟件調(diào)試系統(tǒng)。本課題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: ①依據(jù)橋梁檢測(cè)車控制系統(tǒng)和CAN總線的特點(diǎn),建立了橋梁檢測(cè)車基于CAN總線的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。 ②依據(jù)橋梁檢測(cè)車控制系統(tǒng)的需求分析,對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件進(jìn)行研究并給出硬件選型的方法;對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的軟件進(jìn)行研究并給出軟件設(shè)計(jì)的方法。 ③依據(jù)控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)試及故障維修的時(shí)效性要求,開發(fā)出橋梁檢測(cè)車軟件調(diào)試系統(tǒng)。 ④本文對(duì)整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)及軟件調(diào)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)中元件選型及控制方案的合理性、能夠滿足橋梁檢測(cè)的功能需求和性能需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, traffic also presents the development of blowout. With the maintenance of old bridges and the construction of a large number of new bridges, the demand for bridge detection vehicles is increasing. This paper describes the development trend of bridge detection vehicle and the development of fieldbus technology. Using the distributed control structure based on CAN bus, the control system and software debugging system of bridge detection vehicle are developed. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1 according to the characteristics of bridge detection vehicle control system and CAN bus, The network topology of the bridge detection vehicle based on CAN bus is established. 2 according to the requirement analysis of the bridge detection vehicle control system, the hardware of the control system is studied and the method of hardware selection is given. The software of the control system is studied and the method of software design is given. The software debugging system of bridge detection vehicle is developed. 4 the function test and performance test of the whole control system and the software debugging system are carried out in this paper. It is proved by experiments that the selection of components and the rationality of control scheme in the whole control system can meet the functional and performance requirements of bridge detection.
