掃雪機結構優(yōu)化設計與動力穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:由于新疆地區(qū)氣候特殊,冬季時間比較長,降雪比較多,因此尋找一種效率較高,結構比較簡單,成本又低的掃雪方式成為目前的當務之急。與傳統(tǒng)的融雪劑、物理微波、人工除雪相比,除雪機械具有應用范圍廣、耗能低、效率高、無污染等特點。因此在國外得到了迅速發(fā)展和廣泛運用。本研究基于國內外已有的掃雪設備和方法的研究列出了雪的機械物理性,提出了一種適合新疆地區(qū)區(qū)情的小型掃雪設備的工作原理和設計方案,進行設計計算以及機構創(chuàng)新。對掃雪機重要的傳動部分進行校核計算,還用UG NX7.0軟件建立了掃雪機各個零部件的三維建模,創(chuàng)建三維實體模型,基于ANSYS Workbench軟件對掃雪機重要零部件刷子進行有限元分析。本論文對小型路面機器掃雪車進行了深入的分析,并進一步完善了此機構,優(yōu)化設計出此種掃雪裝備。 在對本課題鉆研中,主要采用了如下關鍵技術: (1)利用UG NX7.0軟件三維實體建模技術和裝配技術,創(chuàng)建了掃雪機零件的三維實體模型,完成了整機的三維實體裝置模型,實現(xiàn)了面向裝配的設計。(2)利用有限元分析的優(yōu)化設計技術,對刷子關鍵零件進行了有限單元網格劃分,進行了有限元動力分析。
[Abstract]:Because of the special climate, longer winter time and more snowfall in Xinjiang, it is urgent to find a snow-sweeping method with high efficiency, simple structure and low cost. Compared with traditional snowmelt, physical microwave and artificial snow removal, snow-removing machine has the characteristics of wide application, low energy consumption, high efficiency, no pollution and so on. As a result, it has been rapidly developed and widely used abroad. Based on the existing research on snow sweeping equipment and methods at home and abroad, this paper lists the mechanical physical properties of snow, and puts forward the working principle and design scheme of a small snow sweeping equipment suitable for the situation in Xinjiang region, and carries out design calculation and mechanism innovation. The important driving part of snow sweeper is checked and calculated, and the 3D modeling of each part of snow sweeper is established with UG NX7.0 software, and the 3D solid model is created. Based on ANSYS Workbench software, the brush of the important part of snow sweeper is analyzed by finite element method. In this paper, the small road machine snow sweeping vehicle is deeply analyzed, and the mechanism is further improved, and the snow clearing equipment is optimized and designed. In the research of this subject, the following key technologies are adopted: (1) the 3D solid model of snow sweeper parts is created by using 3D solid modeling technology and assembly technology of UG NX7.0 software. The 3D solid device model of the whole machine is completed and the assembly oriented design is realized. (2) based on the optimization design technology of finite element analysis, the key parts of brush are meshed with finite element and the finite element dynamic analysis is carried out.
