【摘要】：噴射器是提高流體壓力而不直接消耗機(jī)械能的設(shè)備,因其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可靠、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)費(fèi)用低廉而得到廣泛應(yīng)用。然而,噴射器效率低下,不節(jié)能,如何提高其效率是大家共同關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。目前噴射器的設(shè)計(jì)一般是根據(jù)工作參數(shù)來(lái)確定具體的結(jié)構(gòu),采用的計(jì)算公式多為一維等熵假設(shè)基礎(chǔ)上的半經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。而針對(duì)噴射器內(nèi)復(fù)雜流場(chǎng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察、分析模擬,以及噴射器結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)噴射器性能影響等具體細(xì)節(jié)的研究方面,由于受實(shí)驗(yàn)水平、計(jì)算能力、流體力學(xué)理論發(fā)展水平的限制,是不充分的。尤其是對(duì)以蒸汽為工質(zhì)的噴射器,由于蒸汽的物性遠(yuǎn)離理想氣體狀態(tài),讓簡(jiǎn)單的采用理想氣體狀態(tài)方程所得出的結(jié)果與實(shí)際偏離很大。本文依據(jù)索科洛夫噴射器的設(shè)計(jì)理論,假設(shè)定壓混合,利用VC語(yǔ)言編制了噴射器噴射系數(shù)的計(jì)算程序,并輔之以經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,得到了噴射器結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)尺寸。采用FLUENT軟件對(duì)蒸汽噴射器內(nèi)流體的混合過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。分析了湍流模型、離散格式等因素對(duì)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響,以期獲得網(wǎng)格收斂的解。通過(guò)觀察噴射器的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)云圖,可以了解其內(nèi)部的流動(dòng)過(guò)程和工作原理。通過(guò)改變噴射器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),得出噴射系數(shù)隨結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律；通過(guò)改變工作參數(shù),分析噴射系數(shù)隨工作參數(shù)的變化情況。
[Abstract]:Ejector is a kind of equipment which can increase fluid pressure without directly consuming mechanical energy. It is widely used because of its simple and reliable structure and low operating cost. However, the injector is inefficient and does not save energy. How to improve its efficiency is a common concern. At present, the design of ejector is usually based on the working parameters to determine the specific structure. Most of the formulas used are semi-empirical formulas based on the one-dimensional Isentropic hypothesis, and the simulation is analyzed for the experimental observation of the complex flow field in the ejector. As well as the effect of ejector structure on the performance of ejector, due to the experimental level, computational power, fluid dynamics theory development level limited. Is not sufficient, especially for ejectors with steam as the working fluid, because the physical properties of the steam are far from the ideal gas state. In this paper, according to the design theory of Sokolov ejector, the constant pressure mixing is assumed. The calculation program of ejector injection coefficient is compiled with VC language, and the empirical formula is used. The design size of the ejector structure was obtained. The mixing process of the steam ejector was numerically simulated by FLUENT software. The turbulence model was analyzed. In order to obtain the solution of mesh convergence, the effect of discrete scheme and other factors on the numerical results is obtained, and the cloud diagram of the internal flow field of the ejector is observed. The internal flow process and working principle can be understood. By changing the structural parameters of the ejector, the variation law of the jet coefficient with the structural parameters can be obtained. By changing the working parameters, the variation of the injection coefficient with the working parameters is analyzed.
