基于點接觸赫茲理論的圓柱齒輪彎曲應力有限元分析

【摘要】:基于點接觸赫茲理論,計算出圓柱齒輪嚙合接觸域的大小、方向和接觸力。利用Pro/E建立圓柱齒輪三齒實體模型,利用模擬出來的接觸應力進行加載,基于有限元法對一個嚙合周期內圓柱齒輪彎曲應力分布進行計算分析,并與實例進行對比,驗證分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:Based on point contact Hertz theory, the size, direction and contact force of meshing contact region of cylindrical gear are calculated. The model of cylindrical gear with three teeth was established by Pro-E and loaded by contact stress. The bending stress distribution of cylindrical gear in a meshing period was calculated and analyzed based on finite element method, and the results were compared with an example. Verify the correctness of the analysis.
