U形吊臂的成型工藝研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車起重機工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,汽車起重機的起重量越來越大,隨著起重量的增大,對臂架的要求也越來越高,要求臂架既承載高又要重量輕,這就使得對臂架的截面形狀提出很多改進(jìn)措施;但隨著臂架截面形狀的復(fù)雜性,其加工制作的要求也更高,甚至有的難以達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。 本課題主要研究U形臂的制造工藝與方法。以板材彎曲時彈、塑性變形過程,彎曲回彈現(xiàn)象為依據(jù)研究其影響因素,找出U形臂成形工藝方法和成形模具參數(shù)。通過有限元分析、理論計算和工藝試驗等方法,確定了U形截面折彎彎曲工序的主要工藝參數(shù),并且分析該工藝方法所引起的理論誤差,其結(jié)果表明,該工藝方法滿足設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile crane industry, the lifting weight of the truck crane becomes larger and larger. With the increase of the lifting weight, the requirements for the boom are becoming higher and higher, requiring the boom to be both high and light. However, with the complexity of the section shape of the boom, the manufacturing requirements are higher, and some of them are difficult to meet the design requirements. This paper mainly studies the manufacturing technology and method of U-arm. Based on the study of the influencing factors of elastic deformation and springback in bending process of sheet metal, the forming process and die parameters of U-shaped arm are found out. By means of finite element analysis, theoretical calculation and process test, the main technological parameters of U-section bending process are determined, and the theoretical errors caused by this process are analyzed. The results show that, The process meets the design requirements.
