訂單驅(qū)動的機械產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計與排程系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of global market economy and knowledge economy, manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges. It has become the development direction of modern enterprises to meet the individual needs of customers. How to quickly design products to meet customers' needs at lower cost is one of the difficult problems for enterprises. Up to now, researchers at home and abroad have made some progress in mass customization production, but most of them focus on the concept of mass customization and product design. The research on the specific software implementation of the product design process is still very few. The order-driven mode of production embodies the idea of mass customization, so this paper focuses on the research of order-driven product design system, the main research work includes the following aspects: first, According to the characteristics of order-driven production mode and the architecture of order-driven product configuration and scheduling system, the whole process of product configuration design and scheduling system is divided into customer demand acquisition and processing, product family establishment. The basic principle of product configuration and scheduling system is expounded in combination with the current theory. Secondly, the product configuration design and the function design of the scheduling system are carried out. The architecture of the system is analyzed, and the whole system is divided into four levels: application layer, function layer, data layer and basic service layer, and the system is divided into four functional subsystems according to the previous theory. The overall functional structure of the system is analyzed, and the functions of each module are described in detail, which pave the way for the construction of configuration and scheduling system. Finally, combined with the previous theoretical research, the overall design of the mechanical product configuration design and scheduling system is carried out, the development environment and technology of the system are introduced, and the coding of the parts in the product family is designed. Finally, taking a batch of orders as an example, the operation process of the whole system is introduced, and the theory and method of the thesis are verified.
