高低壓旁路系統(tǒng)閥門的研究

【摘要】:本文研究了超超臨界火電機(jī)組配套高低壓旁路系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、在機(jī)組啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、停機(jī)過(guò)程中所起的作用、旁路系統(tǒng)容量的選擇原則及控制的組成和作用。重點(diǎn)研究了高低壓旁路系統(tǒng)配套閥門設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案、高低壓旁路閥的結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)現(xiàn)減溫減壓的方式和原理,介紹了高低壓旁路閥主要零部件的材料及選擇原則,還研究了這新材料的化學(xué)成份及其各項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能。 本文還研究了高低壓旁路閥門配套液動(dòng)、電動(dòng)和氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)控制精度、可靠性、操作力、快速開啟關(guān)閉時(shí)間等性能的研究。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the structure form of high and low voltage bypass system for ultra supercritical thermal power unit is studied. The function of the system in start-up, operation and shutdown process, the selection principle of bypass system capacity and the composition and function of control are studied in this paper. The technical scheme of valve design for high and low pressure bypass system, the structure of high and low pressure bypass valve, the way and principle of reducing temperature and decompression, and the material and selection principle of main parts of high and low pressure bypass valve are studied emphatically. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the new material were also studied. This paper also studies the control accuracy, reliability, operation force and quick opening and closing time of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic actuators of high and low pressure bypass valves.
