長喉頸文丘里喉部取壓位置對(duì)濕氣測(cè)量模型影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:文丘里流量計(jì)廣泛應(yīng)用于濕氣流量測(cè)量領(lǐng)域。為探索長喉頸文丘里管喉部取壓位置對(duì)其濕氣測(cè)量模型的影響,從理論上對(duì)其各個(gè)部分壓力降進(jìn)行研究。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)徑為50 mm、節(jié)流比為0.4的文丘里試驗(yàn)樣機(jī),取壓位置距離喉部入口分別為喉部直徑的0.5倍、3.75倍和7倍。在天津大學(xué)流量實(shí)驗(yàn)室雙閉環(huán)中壓濕氣裝置上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)壓力為0.2~0.8 MPa,干度為0.5~1。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),針對(duì)不同的喉部取壓位置,分析虛高梯度與L-M參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系;同時(shí)分析差壓比K參數(shù)靈敏度與液氣質(zhì)量比qml/qmg之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)虛高和K參數(shù)均受喉部取壓位置的影響。建立基于K參數(shù)、Froude數(shù)、氣液密度比的虛高模型和液氣質(zhì)量比模型,通過迭代算法求出氣相和液相流量。分析基于不同取壓位置的測(cè)量模型對(duì)濕氣兩相流氣相和液相流量預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果誤差和不確定度的影響,得出取壓位置為距離喉部入口3.75倍喉部直徑時(shí)效果最好的結(jié)論,該位置模型氣相測(cè)量不確定度為5.06%,液相為2.15%。
[Abstract]:Venturi Flowmeter is widely used in the field of moisture flow measurement. The experimental prototype of Venturi with 50 mm inner diameter and 0.4 throttle ratio is designed. The pressure position is 0.5 times of the throat diameter from the entrance of the throat. 3. 75 times and 7 times. The test was carried out on a double closed loop medium pressure wet air device in the flow Laboratory of Tianjin University. The test pressure was 0. 2 ~ 0. 8 MPa and the dryness was 0. 5 ~ 1. According to the test data. The relationship between the virtual height gradient and the L-M parameters is analyzed according to the different pressure extraction positions of the larynx. At the same time, the relationship between the sensitivity of K parameter of differential pressure ratio and the ratio of liquid to gas mass qml/qmg is analyzed. It is found that the virtual height and K parameter are affected by the pressure position of larynx, and the Froude number based on K parameter is established. The virtual height model of gas-liquid density ratio and the liquid-gas mass ratio model. The flow rate of gas phase and liquid phase is calculated by iterative algorithm, and the influence of measurement model based on different pressure position on the error and uncertainty of prediction result of gas and liquid flow in wet gas two-phase flow is analyzed. The conclusion that the pressure position is 3.75 times of laryngeal diameter from the throat entrance is the best. The uncertainty of gas phase measurement is 5.06 and the liquid phase is 2.15.
