咔唑席夫堿的熒光化學傳感器的制備和性能

【摘要】:微量元素對于維持人類的正常生命活動具有重要的作用。微量元素含量過高或缺乏都會對人體造成危害。所以如何快速的檢驗金屬離子的含量就顯得尤為重要。由于熒光化學傳感器不僅可以高效、精確、低成本的檢測金屬離子,還具有良好的電子轉移特性,所以近年來越來越多的科學家將目光轉向熒光化學傳感器。本論文主要介紹了以下兩部分內容:首先,我們合成了一種新型的熒光化學傳感器2-氨基-3-((Z)-((9-己基-9H-咔唑-3-基)亞甲基)氨基)馬來腈(傳感器1)。其中,用咔唑作熒光基團,以2,3-二氨基順丁烯二腈為識別基團。采用紅外、質譜、核磁等技術措施表征了傳感器1。傳感器1可以選擇性的識別Cu2+,表現(xiàn)為熒光增強。而加入其他的金屬離子:K+,Ag+,Mn2+,Co2+,Ni2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Pb2+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+,Hg2+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Al3+和Cr3+,不會對傳感器1的熒光光譜造成顯著影響。通過測試我們得到傳感器1與Cu2+的絡合比為1:1,絡合常數為1.35×106 M-1,檢測限為2.74×10-8 M。其次,在2-氨基-3-((Z)-((9-己基-9H-咔唑-3-基)亞甲基)氨基)馬來腈(傳感器1)的基礎上,我們合成了另一種新的化學傳感器2-氨基-3-((Z)-((9-己基-9H-咔唑-3-基)亞甲基)氨基)-3-((Z)-((9-己基-9H-咔唑-3-基)亞甲基)氨基)馬來腈(傳感器2)。經過紅外、核磁、質譜等技術措施對其進行了表征。傳感器2能夠選擇性的辨別Fe3+,呈現(xiàn)出熒光淬滅現(xiàn)象。而加入其他金屬離子,不會對傳感器2的熒光光譜造成顯著影響。通過測試得到傳感器2與Fe3+的絡合比為1:1,絡合常數為7.98×106 M-1,檢測限為3.75×10-8M。
[Abstract]:Trace elements play an important role in maintaining the normal life activities of human beings. Trace element content is too high or lack can cause harm to human body. Therefore, how to quickly test the content of metal ions is particularly important. Because fluorescent chemical sensors not only can detect metal ions with high efficiency, accuracy and low cost, but also have good electron transfer characteristics, more and more scientists have turned their attention to fluorescent chemical sensors in recent years. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: firstly, we have synthesized a new fluorescent chemical sensor 2-Amino-3-Amino (2-Amino-3-Amino) -1-hexyl-9-hexyl-carbazole-3-methylene-amino) maleonitrile (sensor 1). Carbazole was used as fluorescence group, and 2 o 3-diamino maleic dinitrile was used as recognition group. The sensor was characterized by IR, MS and NMR. Sensor 1 can selectively recognize Cu2, which is shown as fluorescence enhancement. However, addition of other metal ions, such as: K ~ (+) Ag ~ (2 +) mn _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) Ni _ (2) Zn _ (2) O ~ (2 +) CD _ (2) O _ (2) Pb _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) Ca ~ (2 +) H _ (2) H _ (2) O _ (2) H _ (2) (H _ (2) The complex ratio of sensor 1 to Cu2 is 1: 1, the complexation constant is 1.35 脳 106M-1, and the detection limit is 2.74 脳 10-8M. The addition of other metal ions will not have a significant effect on the fluorescence spectra of sensor 2. The complex ratio of sensor 2 to Fe3 is 1: 1, the complexation constant is 7.98 脳 106M-1, and the detection limit is 3.75 脳 10-8M.
