【摘要】：為了改善反射面天線面板的裝配變形,從裝配工藝入手,基于蟻群算法和遺傳算法,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的天線反射面裝配方法,提出一種天線裝配序列規(guī)劃的混合算法。該算法利用蟻群算法快速得到初始種群,隨后使用遺傳算法對(duì)初始種群進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,根據(jù)所得優(yōu)化解生成蟻群算法中路徑上的信息素,通過加速蟻群算法最優(yōu)解信息的積累來更快地得到最優(yōu)解;同時(shí),建立反射面裝配的有限元仿真模型,利用該模型及時(shí)對(duì)得到的最優(yōu)解(即裝配序列)進(jìn)行面向裝配過程的面板裝配變形動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,將仿真結(jié)果返回算法中,進(jìn)一步校正算法并得到最優(yōu)解。以某工程拋物面天線的面板裝配為例,驗(yàn)證了所提混合算法的正確性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the assembly deformation of reflector antenna panel, based on ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm, a hybrid algorithm for antenna assembly sequence planning is proposed based on ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm. The algorithm uses ant colony algorithm to get the initial population quickly. Then genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial population. The pheromone in the path of ant colony algorithm is generated according to the optimized solution. By accelerating the information accumulation of ant colony algorithm, the optimal solution can be obtained more quickly. At the same time, the finite element simulation model of reflector assembly is established. The model is used to simulate the assembly deformation of the assembly process in time. The simulation results are returned to the algorithm, and the algorithm is further corrected and the optimal solution is obtained. Taking the panel assembly of a paraboloid antenna as an example, the correctness of the proposed hybrid algorithm is verified.
