This paper, based on therequirement, uses TCG and IEC61850 which are the mostadvanced international standard system structure and the basicmethods. Then a security system of munication insubstation automation is presented, which adopts the technology puting and Remote Procedure Call(RPC). Based onthe security system, the problem of security in munication can be resolved. Meanwhile, the munication between the remote and local platform in thesystem is designed.
