福建省begomoviruses的檢測和分子生物學研究

雙生病毒是一類重要的植物病毒,病毒粒子呈典型的孿生狀,基因組由單鏈環(huán)狀DNA構成。當前,雙生病毒科被分為9個屬,分別為Becurtovirus,Begomovirus,Capulavirus,Curtovirus,Eragrovirus,Grablovirus,Mastrevirus,Topocuvirus 和 Turncurtovirus。雙生病毒,特別是begomovirus,在熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)嚴重危害。在一些欠發(fā)達國家和地區(qū),它們甚至會造成饑荒。近年來,begomovirus的發(fā)生在中國南方越來越普遍。然而,這類病毒在福建省的發(fā)生情況還不甚清楚。在第一部分,本研究于2015-2017年間,從福建各地采集了疑似begomovirus侵染的朱槿、玫瑰茄、黃秋葵、黃麻、芒麻、番茄和勝紅薊等植物樣本。利用簡并引物PCR并結合必要的全基因組克隆,本研究從這些樣本中鑒定到6種begomovirus,分別為木爾坦棉花曲葉病毒(CLCuMuV)、番茄黃化曲葉病毒(TYLCV)、越南黃麻黃脈病毒(COYVV),苧麻花葉病毒(RamV)、中國勝紅薊黃脈病毒(AYVCnV)和野葛花葉病毒(KuMV)。...
