氣候變化對(duì)越南西北部農(nóng)戶生計(jì)的脆弱性和適應(yīng)的影響研究

氣候變化正在影響大部分世界的地區(qū)。研究表明,氣候變化對(duì)山區(qū)的自然和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)有顯著影響。在農(nóng)民的生計(jì)領(lǐng)域,氣候變化的影響主要表現(xiàn)在對(duì)生計(jì)的資源(水源、土地、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、健康等等)和生計(jì)的類型(如農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)、漁業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)、工業(yè)等等)等方面的影響。越南是受氣候變化影響最大的國(guó)家之一。越南的大部分少數(shù)民族生活在北方山區(qū),生計(jì)不佳,經(jīng)濟(jì)條件差,交通不方便。特別是極端天氣事件成為對(duì)農(nóng)民生計(jì)的嚴(yán)重威脅。本研究旨在考察氣候變化對(duì)越南西北地區(qū)農(nóng)戶的生活脆弱性及對(duì)農(nóng)戶凈收入的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。本研究根據(jù)這些變化,確定了農(nóng)民對(duì)氣候變化的看法及其農(nóng)業(yè)實(shí)踐中采取的適應(yīng)措施。為了獲取影響農(nóng)民對(duì)氣候變化意識(shí)及其適應(yīng)性選擇的因素,通過(guò)家庭調(diào)查,農(nóng)民講習(xí)班,FDG,VHLSS(GSO2012),水文氣象預(yù)報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)等收集了主要和次要數(shù)據(jù),并選取越南西北山區(qū)三個(gè)典型的農(nóng)業(yè)和自然資源依賴型公社,測(cè)試生活脆弱性指數(shù)(LVI),LVI-IPCC和生計(jì)效應(yīng)指數(shù)(LEI);利用Ricardian的方法進(jìn)行了分析越南西北地區(qū)氣候變化對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)的影響;運(yùn)用Logit模型探索農(nóng)民對(duì)氣候變化的意識(shí),運(yùn)用binary logistics...
