【摘要】：從1984年開展全日制本科教育以來,公安大學(xué)已逐步形成了本科學(xué)歷教育、研究生教育、繼續(xù)教育與在職警官培訓(xùn)三位一體的教育格局。但在本科和研究生教育長足發(fā)展的同時(shí),在職培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展卻顯得相對(duì)滯后。此外,學(xué)校的師資隊(duì)伍從整體上看還比較薄弱,從結(jié)構(gòu)上看還不盡合理,在管理和使用方面也比較隨意和零散,亟須優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Since 1984, when the full-time undergraduate education was launched, the university has gradually formed a trinity of undergraduate education, graduate education, continuing education and in-service police officer training. However, with the rapid development of undergraduate and graduate education, The development of in-service training is relatively lagged. In addition, the teaching staff of the school is relatively weak in the whole, not reasonable in structure, and more casual and scattered in management and use, so it is urgent to optimize.
