【摘要】：正2016年英國(guó)脫歐、難民危機(jī)、特朗普當(dāng)選等事件折射出世界政治開(kāi)始進(jìn)入失序、失真、失靈的新混沌期。在此背景下,朝鮮半島局勢(shì)對(duì)全球政治轉(zhuǎn)向作出敏感反應(yīng),突出表現(xiàn)在韓國(guó)政局發(fā)生急劇變化,樸槿惠總統(tǒng)遭彈劾,各政治勢(shì)力摩拳擦掌備戰(zhàn)2017年總統(tǒng)選舉。這一政治亂象不僅為韓國(guó)內(nèi)政帶來(lái)了巨大的不確定性,也使韓國(guó)的外交安全政策陷入重重迷霧。
[Abstract]:Events such as Brexit, the refugee crisis and Trump's election in 2016 reflect a new chaotic period in which world politics is beginning to become disordered, distorted and dysfunctional. Against this backdrop, the situation on the Korean peninsula is sensitive to global political shifts, highlighted by the dramatic changes in South Korea's political situation, the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye, and the political forces' hand in preparing for the 2017 presidential election. This political disorder not only brings great uncertainty to the internal affairs of South Korea, but also mixes South Korea's foreign security policy.
