巴基斯坦區(qū)域和社會(huì)對(duì)氣候變化的應(yīng)對(duì)與減緩對(duì)策研究

  本論文以巴基斯坦為研究對(duì)象,通過大量區(qū)域社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)資料收集,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查,研究了全球氣候變化對(duì)巴基斯坦區(qū)域社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,從人口、資源和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)等多方面研究了巴基斯坦對(duì)全球氣候變化的適應(yīng)性,揭示了全球氣候變化對(duì)巴基斯坦各個(gè)方面影響的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素,提出了應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化的適應(yīng)性和減緩作用的對(duì)策,為巴基斯坦在氣候變化條件下社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了參考。研究表明,全球氣候變化造成的破壞在南亞地區(qū)尤為明顯,該地區(qū)居民對(duì)氣候變化的應(yīng)對(duì)能力脆弱,氣候變化適應(yīng)能力和減緩意識(shí)極低。由于貧困率高,財(cái)政資源有限和物質(zhì)資源短缺,巴基斯坦的適應(yīng)能力低,氣候?yàn)?zāi)害頻繁發(fā)生,如氣溫變化,持續(xù)性洪水,冰川融化,湖泊飽和,地震,颶風(fēng),風(fēng)暴,雪崩,干旱,缺水,蟲害,人類健康問題。季節(jié)和生活方式的變化一直威脅著生態(tài)系統(tǒng),生物多樣性,人類社區(qū),動(dòng)物棲息地,森林,土地和海洋,未來可能造成進(jìn)一步的破壞。即使巴基斯坦對(duì)全球溫室氣體排放貢獻(xiàn)微弱,然而氣候變化對(duì)巴基斯坦普通居民的影響可能非常大,當(dāng)?shù)貏?dòng)物物種如獅子,禿鷲,海豚和烏龜也瀕臨滅絕。氣候變化的主要原因是人類干預(yù)及工業(yè)發(fā)展,交通,城市擴(kuò)張,能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi),農(nóng)業(yè)活動(dòng),廢物管理不...
