釋析李鴻章致劉瑞芬的一通書信

【摘要】：李鴻章是晚清時期重要的政治人物,為洋務運動前期的代表,同時也是淮軍的首領。他從事政治軍事活動40年,對晚清中央國策的制定起著舉足輕重的作用。武漢博物館藏李鴻章書信一通,系李鴻章寫給其淮系僚屬劉瑞芬的回信,近期首次對外公開,具有很高的文獻價值。結合光緒初年的相關史實,分析信中涉及的內政、外交及國內外局勢,可考察19世紀70年代的中外政治態(tài)勢,探究晚清變局下李鴻章為挽救國運所做出的努力,以及他的真實心理。
[Abstract]:Li Hongzhang was an important political figure in the late Qing Dynasty, the representative of the Westernization Movement and the leader of Huai Army. He was engaged in political and military activities for 40 years and played an important role in the formulation of the national policy of the central government in the late Qing Dynasty. The letter from Li Hongzhang in Wuhan Museum is a reply written to Liu Ruifen, a member of his staff of Huai Department. It is open to the public for the first time recently and has a high literature value. Combining with the relevant historical facts of Guang Xu's early years and analyzing the internal affairs, foreign affairs, domestic and foreign situations involved in the letter, we can examine the political situation at home and abroad in the 1870s, and explore the efforts made by Li Hongzhang in the late Qing Dynasty to save the national movement. And his true psychology.
