【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)后初期，國際關(guān)系格局發(fā)生變化，兩極格局隨之興起，即所謂的“冷戰(zhàn)”格局。1948-1953年蘇南沖突是根植于當(dāng)時(shí)特殊的冷戰(zhàn)背景下，毫無疑問地必將帶有冷戰(zhàn)的色彩，蘇南沖突期間，雙方采取了類似美蘇冷戰(zhàn)的一系列手段，例如，經(jīng)濟(jì)封鎖、政治對抗、軍事威脅以及外交施壓等等，都與美蘇冷戰(zhàn)的手段似有雷同之處，但是并不等同于冷戰(zhàn)，只是一個(gè)另類表現(xiàn)。 冷戰(zhàn)在普遍意義上而言，是東西方制度和意識形態(tài)的一種對抗，是美國和蘇聯(lián)爭奪全球利益的結(jié)果，在冷戰(zhàn)中，美蘇屬于對立的意識形態(tài)之中。而蘇南具有共同的信仰和意識形態(tài)，在國家利益至上的前提下，，蘇南產(chǎn)生矛盾并由此惡化，這場沖突只是屬于社會主義陣營內(nèi)部的對抗，但是在特定的時(shí)代爆發(fā)，它也不同程度的帶有冷戰(zhàn)的烙印。從蘇南沖突的特點(diǎn)來看，雙方在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、外交等方面處于嚴(yán)重的敵對狀態(tài)，并且采取了類似于冷戰(zhàn)的一切手段（經(jīng)濟(jì)封鎖、政治對抗、軍事威脅、外交施壓等），因此從這一意義上分析，蘇南沖突是從屬于東西方的冷戰(zhàn)，可以被稱為“東方陣營中的冷戰(zhàn)”或者冷戰(zhàn)中的“另類”。 目前，國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界對于蘇南沖突的研究成果甚多，但是，將蘇南沖突與東西方冷戰(zhàn)的比較研究甚少，本文擬通過以國際沖突的理論為分析方法，將蘇南沖突置于冷戰(zhàn)的國際大背景下，作為“冷戰(zhàn)”中的一個(gè)另類研究，考察蘇南兩國在沖突期間意識形態(tài)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、外交和軍事等方面的全面對峙，分析蘇南沖突中的另類“冷戰(zhàn)”因素，這將具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和研究意義。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the second World War, the pattern of international relations changed and the bipolar pattern rose, that is, the so-called "Cold War" pattern. The Su-nan conflict of 1948-1953 was rooted in the special background of the Cold War at that time, and there was no doubt that it would have the color of the Cold War. During the southern Soviet conflict, the two sides adopted a series of measures similar to those of the US-Soviet Cold War, such as economic blockade, political confrontation, military threats, diplomatic pressure, and so on, all of which seemed similar to those of the US-Soviet Cold War, but they were not identical to the Cold War. It's just an alternative performance. The Cold War, in a universal sense, is a confrontation between the systems and ideologies of the East and the West, and the result of the struggle between the United States and the Soviet Union for global interests. In the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union were among the opposing ideologies. Southern Jiangsu has a common belief and ideology. Under the premise of the supremacy of national interests, the conflict in southern Jiangsu has become contradictory and worsened. This conflict is only a confrontation within the socialist camp, but it broke out in a specific era. It also bears the brand of cold war in varying degrees. Judging from the characteristics of the conflict in southern Jiangsu, the two sides are in a serious state of hostility in political, economic, military, diplomatic and other aspects, and have adopted all means similar to the Cold War (economic blockade, political confrontation, military threats, etc.) Therefore, from this point of view, the Su-nan conflict is a cold war subordinate to the East and West, which can be called "the Cold War in the Eastern camp" or "the alternative" in the Cold War. At present, there are a lot of researches on the conflicts between Southern Jiangsu and South Jiangsu in domestic and foreign academic circles. However, there are few comparative studies on the conflicts between Southern Jiangsu and the Cold War between East and West. This paper intends to use the theory of international conflicts as an analytical method. Placing the Su-nan conflict in the international context of the Cold War, as an alternative study in the "Cold War," and examining the ideological, political, economic, cultural, diplomatic and military confrontations between the two countries during the conflict, It is of great academic value and significance to analyze the factors of the Cold War in the conflict in southern Jiangsu.
