【摘要】：1750-1914年歐洲處于世界的一個(gè)中心地區(qū)。工業(yè)、商業(yè)、運(yùn)輸業(yè),無(wú)不領(lǐng)先于全球其他地區(qū)。而在這一期間,其農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展情況是如何的呢?農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率是衡量農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。在此期間,英國(guó)的第一個(gè)完成了工業(yè)革命,其很大程度上是依賴于農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)達(dá)。本文試圖以英國(guó)為主,研究從工業(yè)革命其至一戰(zhàn)以前這段時(shí)間歐洲農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的發(fā)展情況。分別以：為何研究這一時(shí)期的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,土地生產(chǎn)率,勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和影響勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率發(fā)展的因素這幾方面進(jìn)行探討。 本文第一章論述了,為何研究勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率以及在1750-1914年間研究農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率有什么價(jià)值。第二章論述了,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的一種研究方法土地生產(chǎn)率。其中土地生產(chǎn)率分為播種率,收益率和單位畝產(chǎn)量三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。第三章主要論述了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。以1850年為分水嶺,分別用不同方法研究了1750-1850間年和1850-1914年間勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率情況。最后一章分析了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率之所以增長(zhǎng)的因素,分為制度性的和技術(shù)性的。
[Abstract]:Europe was in the heart of the world between 1750 and 1914. Industry, commerce, transport industry, all ahead of the rest of the world. And in this period, its agricultural development is how? Agricultural productivity is an important index to measure agricultural development. During that time, Britain was the first to complete the Industrial Revolution, largely dependent on agricultural development. This paper attempts to study the development of agricultural labor productivity in Europe during the period from the Industrial Revolution to the period before the first World War. Respectively: why to study the labor productivity, land productivity, labor productivity and factors affecting the development of labor productivity in this period. The first chapter discusses why the study of labor productivity and the value of studying agricultural productivity from 1750 to 1914. The second chapter discusses a research method of agricultural productivity, land productivity. The land productivity is divided into three aspects: seeding rate, yield and yield per mu. The third chapter mainly discusses the labor productivity. Taking 1850 as the watershed, the labor productivity between 1750-1850 and 1850-1914 was studied by different methods. The last chapter analyzes the reasons for the growth of labor productivity, divided into institutional and technical.
