【摘要】：本文是對(duì)都鐸時(shí)期前期圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行的研究，主要探討了圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)形成的背景原因，介紹了都鐸圈地的發(fā)生和發(fā)展的歷史過(guò)程。本文的特點(diǎn)是大量借鑒西方學(xué)者的最新研究成果，進(jìn)行了自己的具體分析，對(duì)以往人們?cè)诙艰I圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題上的一些誤解進(jìn)行了澄清。具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 緒論部分介紹了選題的的目的和意義，并對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)史進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要回顧。 正文第一章對(duì)前期圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)在時(shí)段上進(jìn)行了重新的定位，又具體分析了圈地的涵義和都鐸時(shí)期圈地的規(guī)模大小。第二章介紹了都鐸圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)之前的英格蘭鄉(xiāng)村狀況。其中集中討論了可耕地上的公共放牧權(quán)、公用永久草場(chǎng)和荒地的利用方式、村社經(jīng)濟(jì)管理等方面的問(wèn)題。并對(duì)16世紀(jì)前英國(guó)地產(chǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)和圈地活動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行了介紹。第三章對(duì)都鐸圈地運(yùn)動(dòng)歷史過(guò)程進(jìn)行了考察，力求還原歷史真相。分析了16世紀(jì)的人口恢復(fù)性增長(zhǎng)和土地緊張情況，，圈地養(yǎng)羊能夠獲取豐厚利潤(rùn)的奧秘。集中介紹了米德蘭地區(qū)的圈地情況和社會(huì)各階層參與圈地的情況。第四章破析了都鐸王朝封建統(tǒng)治者多次頒布反圈地法令和進(jìn)行圈地調(diào)查的動(dòng)機(jī)和原因。介紹了這一時(shí)期封建主對(duì)圈地的態(tài)度和實(shí)際參與情況。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分，總概全文觀點(diǎn)，并對(duì)都鐸圈地的意義提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:This paper is a study on the early stage of Tudor period, mainly discusses the background reasons of the formation of the circle movement, and introduces the historical process of the occurrence and development of the Tudor enclosure. The characteristic of this paper is to draw lessons from the latest research results of western scholars, to make a concrete analysis of their own, and to clarify some misunderstandings on the understanding of Tudor's land movement in the past. It has certain academic value and practical significance. The introduction introduces the purpose and significance of the topic, and briefly reviews the academic history. The first chapter of the text reorientates the early period of the enclosure movement, and analyzes the meaning of the enclosure and the scale of the Tudor period. The second chapter introduces the rural situation in England before Tudor enclosure. It focuses on the public grazing right on arable land, the utilization of common permanent pasture and wasteland, and the economic management of village and community. It also introduces the real estate movement and land enclosure activities in England before the 16 th century. The third chapter investigates the historical process of Tudor's land enclosure and tries to restore the historical truth. In this paper, the recovery of population and the shortage of land in the 16th century are analyzed. This paper mainly introduces the situation of the enclave in Midland area and the participation of all social strata in the enclave. The fourth chapter analyzes the motive and reason why the feudal rulers of Tudor Dynasty issued anti-land laws and investigated the land. Introduced this period feudal master's attitude to the enclosure and the actual participation situation. In the conclusion part, the author puts forward his own views on the meaning of Tudor enclosure.
