【摘要】： 蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化運動是指以斯大林為核心的聯(lián)共(布)中央委員會自上而下強制推行的旨在大規(guī)模建立集體經(jīng)濟的政策,是蘇聯(lián)乃至人類歷史上的重大事件,不僅對蘇聯(lián)的政治、經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了極其重要而又深遠的影響,也對其它社會主義國家的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展影響頗深。 本文以俄羅斯最新解密的檔案資料為基礎(chǔ)研究蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化和消滅富農(nóng)運動,目的在于回顧這一充滿爭議的歷史片段、審視蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化政策出臺的歷史根源、剖析斯大林實施這一政策的真正動機、解讀斯大林統(tǒng)治下蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)村的命運、分析全局進展、解密細枝末節(jié),從而揭示農(nóng)業(yè)集體化運動對蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)民、農(nóng)村以及整個國家的影響。歷史的因果關(guān)系蘊藏在歷史過程之中,對蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化運動的解讀有利于更加清晰地構(gòu)建世界上第一個社會主義國家的興亡史。總結(jié)蘇聯(lián)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化運動的教訓(xùn),對完善我國當代農(nóng)業(yè)改革具有重要的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:The agricultural collectivization movement of the Soviet Union refers to the top-down policy of the Central Committee of the Joint Communist Party (Brazzaville) with Stalin as the core, which is aimed at establishing collective economy on a large scale. It is an important event in the Soviet Union and even in the history of mankind. It not only had an extremely important and far-reaching influence on the political, economic and social development of the Soviet Union, but also had a profound impact on the agricultural development of other socialist countries. Based on the newly declassified archives of Russia, this paper studies the Soviet agricultural collectivization and the elimination of the rich peasants movement. The purpose of this paper is to review this controversial historical fragment and to examine the historical roots of the Soviet Union's agricultural collectivization policy. This paper analyzes the real motive of Stalin's carrying out this policy, explains the fate of Soviet countryside under Stalin's rule, analyzes the overall progress, and deciphers the details, so as to reveal the influence of agricultural collectivization movement on Soviet peasants, rural areas and the whole country. The causality of history lies in the course of history. The interpretation of the collectivization movement of Soviet agriculture is beneficial to the construction of the rise and fall history of the first socialist country in the world. Summing up the lessons of agricultural collectivization movement in Soviet Union is of great historical significance to perfect the contemporary agricultural reform of our country.
