【摘要】：朝覲考察,是明代、清初實行的對地方文官定期考察的制度。朝覲之期,考察屬官政績,詢問地方利弊。本文以朝覲考察制度為研究對象,探討其在明代、清初的發(fā)展演變以及清初對制度的調(diào)整,剖析明清交替之際制度變遷的深層原因。
[Abstract]:The inspection of Hajj is a system of regular inspection of local civil officials in the Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty. During the period of pilgrimage, the period of the pilgrimage, the examination of the official achievements, the inquiry of the advantages and disadvantages of the local authorities. This article takes the inspection system of the Hajj pilgrimage as the object of study, and probes into the system in the Ming Dynasty. The development and evolution of the early Qing Dynasty and the adjustment of the system in the early Qing Dynasty analyzed the deep causes of the institutional changes during the alternation of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
