【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)勝利后數(shù)年間頻見(jiàn)于上海媒體的“抗戰(zhàn)夫人”話題,一度成為社會(huì)輿論的焦點(diǎn),使國(guó)家公務(wù)員的道德水準(zhǔn)和公信力廣受質(zhì)疑。知識(shí)分子將批判的矛頭直指公務(wù)員階層的道德低下和腐敗誤國(guó),給政府敲響警鐘,敦促政府對(duì)吏治風(fēng)氣作出整頓。商界和電影界出于獲取商業(yè)利潤(rùn)的本能,對(duì)“抗戰(zhàn)夫人”題材加以庸俗化利用,使代表國(guó)家權(quán)力的公務(wù)員成為民眾休閑娛樂(lè)中的笑料和商品消費(fèi)中的促銷符號(hào),對(duì)政府公信力具有無(wú)形的殺傷力。政府起初通過(guò)重新解釋相關(guān)法律條文或者默認(rèn)既成事實(shí)的方式,減輕公務(wù)員事涉重婚罪的罪責(zé),避免造成公務(wù)員整體形象的坍塌,繼之通過(guò)提煉和宣揚(yáng)抗戰(zhàn)題材電影的抗戰(zhàn)正義性,重塑社會(huì)的精神依托,也起到凝聚人心、部分挽回公務(wù)員聲譽(yù)的效果。
[Abstract]:A few years after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the topic of "Mrs. Anti-Japanese War" was frequently seen in the Shanghai media, and it once became the focus of public opinion, which called into question the moral standard and credibility of state civil servants.The intellectuals pointed their criticism at the low morality and corruption of the civil servants, which sounded the alarm to the government and urged the government to rectify the atmosphere of official administration.Because of their instinct to gain commercial profits, the business and film circles made vulgar use of the subject matter of "Lady of the War of Resistance against Japan", making civil servants who represent the power of the state become the laughing stock of the people in leisure and entertainment and the promotion symbols in the consumption of commodities.On the credibility of the government has an intangible killing power.At first, by reinterpreting the relevant legal provisions or acquiescing in fait accompli, the government alleviated the criminal responsibility of civil servants for bigamy and avoided the collapse of the overall image of civil servants.Secondly, by refining and publicizing the righteous nature of the War of Resistance against Japan, reshaping the spiritual backing of the society, it also plays the role of rallying the hearts of the people and partly restoring the reputation of civil servants.
