【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)誕生于20世紀(jì)60年代,從某種意義上講,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以說(shuō)是美蘇冷戰(zhàn)的產(chǎn)物。它的產(chǎn)生最早起源于美國(guó)為保證在蘇聯(lián)第一次核打擊下,其司令部仍能發(fā)出作戰(zhàn)指令而對(duì)軍隊(duì)通訊系統(tǒng)的改善。后來(lái)逐漸由單純的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)機(jī)器演化為學(xué)術(shù)工具、商業(yè)工具�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)起步時(shí)間雖然不長(zhǎng),但卻保持著驚人的發(fā)展速度。20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的大規(guī)模私有化、商業(yè)化,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展更是日新月異、一日千里。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,不僅使人類社會(huì)進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,還同時(shí)開(kāi)辟了人類社會(huì)的第二空間。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在開(kāi)啟人類社會(huì)生活新時(shí)代、新空間的同時(shí),也開(kāi)辟了社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)的新時(shí)代、新空間。在這樣一個(gè)大背景下,深入研究“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)”這一課題,對(duì)于我們抓住機(jī)遇,開(kāi)創(chuàng)社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)新局面,從而增強(qiáng)黨和政府及整個(gè)中華民族的凝聚力、感召力；對(duì)于我們迎接挑戰(zhàn),沉著應(yīng)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)的沖擊,從而使社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間各種意識(shí)形態(tài)的激蕩爭(zhēng)奪中立于不敗之地；對(duì)于我們與時(shí)俱進(jìn),創(chuàng)新科學(xué)社會(huì)主義理論與實(shí)踐,特別是創(chuàng)新中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論與實(shí)踐,都具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)之間的相互作用為切入點(diǎn),分析現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)交叉后所產(chǎn)生的新特點(diǎn),闡釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)的正反兩方面影響,建立一個(gè)從理論的角度解釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的科學(xué)體系,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)與意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)所面臨的問(wèn)題的解決,提供一個(gè)可操作的指導(dǎo)原則。 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是一種發(fā)展、擴(kuò)大迅速的科學(xué)技術(shù),它帶給社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)都是同樣的巨大,同樣的前所未有。馬克思曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò),科學(xué)技術(shù)是一種在歷史上起推動(dòng)作用的、革命的力量。因此,只要我們主動(dòng)出擊,善于利用,社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)就一定能夠搭上“網(wǎng)際快車”,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間開(kāi)出一片天地、樹(shù)起一桿旗幟；就一定能夠在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代為我國(guó)的改革開(kāi)放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)輿論和心理環(huán)境,提供源源不斷的精神動(dòng)力、智力支持和思想保證；社會(huì)主義事業(yè)就能真正地引領(lǐng)一個(gè)新時(shí)代,創(chuàng)造新的輝煌。
[Abstract]:Internet was born in 1960 s. In a sense, Internet was the product of Cold War between USA and Soviet Union. It originated from the improvement of the military communication system in order to ensure that under the Soviet Union's first nuclear strike, its headquarters could still issue operational commands. Later, it evolved from a simple war machine to an academic tool, a commercial tool. Since 1990s, with the large-scale privatization and commercialization of the Internet, the development of the Internet is changing with each passing day. The rapid development of the Internet not only makes the human society enter the network age, but also opens up the second space of the human society. The Internet not only opens a new era and new space of human social life, but also opens up a new era and a new space for the construction of socialist ideology. Against such a background, the in-depth study of the topic of "the Internet and the construction of socialist ideology" will help us seize the opportunity to create a new situation for the construction of socialist ideology. So as to strengthen the cohesion of the party and government and the whole Chinese nation; For us to meet the challenge, calmly deal with the impact of the Internet on the construction of socialist ideology, so that the socialist ideology in cyberspace in the fight for ideological agitation in an invincible position; It is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to keep pace with the times, to innovate the theory and practice of scientific socialism, especially to innovate the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the interaction between network technology and ideology construction, this paper analyzes the new characteristics of modern network technology and ideology construction, and explains the positive and negative effects of network technology on ideology construction. To establish a scientific system to explain the phenomenon of network society from a theoretical point of view, to provide an operational guiding principle for solving the problems faced by the construction of network and ideology. The Internet is a kind of development, expands rapidly the science and technology, it brings the socialist ideology construction opportunity and the challenge is equally enormous, the same unprecedented. Marx once said that science and technology are a revolutionary force that plays an important role in history. Therefore, as long as we take the initiative to attack, good at the use of socialist ideology will certainly be able to ride the "Internet Express", in cyberspace open a world, set up a flag; It will certainly create a good social public opinion and psychological environment for our country's reform and opening up and modernization construction in the network age, and provide continuous spiritual power, intellectual support and ideological guarantee; The socialist cause can really lead a new era and create new brilliance.
