【摘要】：以馬克思為代表的左翼和以尼采為代表的右翼,對普遍承認(rèn)之虛假性和可欲性的批判,分別從兩個(gè)相對的向度對福山的"歷史終結(jié)論"提出了挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)下的中國式賢能政治,是融合了左翼與右翼挑戰(zhàn)的政治模式,具有超越"歷史終結(jié)論"的轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)空間。但中國式賢能政治能否真正實(shí)現(xiàn)對"歷史終結(jié)論"的超越,則端賴于其能否在現(xiàn)代條件下形成可欲且穩(wěn)固的替代性治理模式。為此,中國式賢能政治必須積極回應(yīng)其在現(xiàn)代條件下面臨的三大挑戰(zhàn):"德必稱位"與道德普遍主義之間的張力、"位必稱祿"的禮治格局對社會(huì)正義的侵蝕,以及社會(huì)教化對個(gè)人自主的威脅。從中西文化比較的視角看,這亦是慈繼偉意義上"基于認(rèn)同的能動(dòng)性"這種中國特有的道德文化模式在"后經(jīng)學(xué)時(shí)代"的當(dāng)下中國所面臨的挑戰(zhàn):如果說由"德不稱位"、"位必稱祿"所導(dǎo)致的問題,在很大程度上表征著作為認(rèn)同對象的道德權(quán)威和道德楷模之式微,那么社會(huì)教化與個(gè)人自主之間的張力,則集中地體現(xiàn)了作為這種道德文化模式之基礎(chǔ)的"認(rèn)同"過程之?dāng)嗔�。�?立德為公"、"利他主義卓越感"和"內(nèi)向修為"共同塑造的"內(nèi)傾型賢能政治",是可以基本回應(yīng)這三大挑戰(zhàn)的可欲治理形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The left wing represented by Marx and the right wing represented by Nietzsche challenge Fukuyama's "historical final conclusion" from two relative dimensions. The current Chinese-style virtuous politics is a political model that combines the challenges of the left and the right, and has the space to move beyond the "end of history". However, whether Chinese-style virtuous politics can truly transcend the "final conclusion of history" depends on whether it can form a desirable and stable alternative governance model under modern conditions. Therefore, Chinese-style virtuous politics must respond positively to the three challenges it faces under modern conditions: the tension between "virtue must be called" and moral universality, the erosion of social justice by the pattern of propriety and governance, and the threat of social enlightenment to individual autonomy. From the perspective of the comparison between Chinese and Western cultures, this is also the challenge faced by China's unique moral and cultural model in the "post-Confucian era" in the sense of "initiative based on identity": if the problems caused by "moral disqualification" and "position must be called Lu", to a large extent, they represent the decline of moral authority and moral role models as the object of identity. Then, the tension between social education and individual autonomy embodies the fracture of the process of "identity", which is the basis of this moral and cultural model. The "introverted virtuous politics", which is shaped by "morality for the public", "altruism excellence" and "introverted cultivation", is a form of governance that can basically respond to these three challenges.
