活性焦吸附—曝氣生物濾池處理煤氣化廢水生化出水

【摘要】:采用活性焦吸附—曝氣生物濾池(BAF)工藝對煤氣化廢水生化出水進行深度處理。在活性焦投加量2g/L、吸附時間2 h、BAF生化停留時間4 h的條件下,總COD去除率為85.4%,最終出水平均COD為45.2 mg/L,滿足后續(xù)雙膜法回用工藝要求(COD≤50 mg/L)。活性焦對致色的大分子有機物具有較好的吸附效果,吸附后廢水的色度從300倍降至60倍,同時耗氧速率加快,可生化性提高;钚越沟奈揭晕锢砦綖橹,吸附出水沒有急性毒性。三維熒光光譜顯示:各單元對于酚類的去除均有貢獻,小分子組分中的酚類幾乎全被去除。
