基于自動(dòng)配重的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前,紡紗廠的筒子紗包裝環(huán)節(jié)大多為人工包裝。在工作過程中,操作員需要不斷的重復(fù)同一工序,工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)而且呆板單一,操作員很容易感到疲勞,并且包裝效率低、包裝質(zhì)量差。有的紡紗廠使用半自動(dòng)包裝設(shè)備用于代替部分包裝工序,但仍需要大量人工參與。同時(shí)現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)上進(jìn)行紗線交易時(shí)一般要求整包筒子紗的重量控制在較小誤差范圍內(nèi),但目前市場(chǎng)上的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)普遍缺乏較準(zhǔn)確的控制整包筒子紗重量的方法。因此,研究設(shè)計(jì)一種具有自動(dòng)配重功能的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)非常必要,以實(shí)現(xiàn)筒子紗從絡(luò)筒完成后通過自動(dòng)上紗裝置進(jìn)行上紗,對(duì)單個(gè)筒子紗進(jìn)行稱重及對(duì)筒子紗進(jìn)行組合配重以控制整包筒子紗的重量,為紡紗車間實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、智能化提供技術(shù)支持。本文首先分析了基于自動(dòng)配重的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,詳細(xì)闡述了具有自動(dòng)配重功能的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)上紗、單紗稱重、筒子紗大小頭檢測(cè)及選擇性翻轉(zhuǎn)等關(guān)鍵機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成及工作原理,重點(diǎn)分析和設(shè)計(jì)了筒子紗自動(dòng)配重裝置的配重原理、配重方法及配重過程,并且對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)軟、硬件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),本文主要研究工作如下:1.根據(jù)筒子紗的包裝工藝要求,結(jié)合人工包裝的工作流程,確定了具有自動(dòng)配重功能的筒子紗包裝系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法及整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的典型機(jī)構(gòu)如自動(dòng)上紗、基于光電與定時(shí)器的大小頭狀態(tài)檢測(cè)、筒子紗選擇性翻轉(zhuǎn)等機(jī)構(gòu)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、工作原理及機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究與設(shè)計(jì)。2.對(duì)筒子紗的配重模塊進(jìn)行了研究設(shè)計(jì),提出了一種筒子紗配重方法,并對(duì)配重模塊的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及配重過程進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)。采用氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)作為整個(gè)包裝系統(tǒng)的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),根據(jù)包裝流程設(shè)計(jì)了氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)。3.對(duì)筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝控制系統(tǒng)的硬件部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)控制需求研究與設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)包裝系統(tǒng)的硬件系統(tǒng)方案,采用西門子S7-300系列PLC作為主控制器,并對(duì)整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的電機(jī)、變頻器及觸摸屏等硬件進(jìn)行了分析及選型。另外,對(duì)整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了分析及設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的軟件部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),分析和設(shè)計(jì)了部分功能模塊的軟件程序流程,并對(duì)自動(dòng)配重模塊的軟件編程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,同時(shí)采用Wincc flexible軟件進(jìn)行觸摸屏中顯示界面的編輯設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了人機(jī)交互功能。4.在完成本系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的典型機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行仿真分析,同時(shí)在課題組合作的企業(yè)對(duì)部分研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)性測(cè)試。最后,對(duì)本文的研究工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了系統(tǒng)中存在的缺點(diǎn)和不足,并提出了系統(tǒng)后續(xù)的改進(jìn)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:At present, spinning mill bobbin packing links are mostly manual packaging. In the process of operation, the operator needs to repeat the same process continuously, the working time is long and rigid, the operator is easy to feel tired, and the packing efficiency is low, the packing quality is poor. Some spinning mills use semi-automatic packaging equipment instead of part of the packing process, but still require a large number of manual participation. At the same time, when dealing in domestic and foreign market, it is generally required that the weight of whole package bobbin should be controlled within a small error range. However, at present, there is a lack of more accurate methods to control the weight of whole package yarn in the packaging system of bobbin in the market. Therefore, it is very necessary to study and design a bobbin packing system with automatic weighing function, so that the bobbin can be spun through the automatic winding device after the winding is completed, and it is very necessary to design the bobbin packing system with the function of automatic weighing. The weighing of a single bobbin and the combined weighing of the bobbin are used to control the weight of the whole package, which provides technical support for the automation and intelligentization of the spinning workshop. In this paper, the whole design scheme of the bobbin packing system based on automatic weighing is analyzed firstly, and the automatic winding, single yarn weighing of the bobbin packing system with automatic weighing function is described in detail. The structure composition and working principle of the key mechanism, such as the detection of the size and size of the bobbin and the selective turnover, are analyzed and designed. The principle, method and process of the automatic weighing device of the bobbin are analyzed and designed, and the relative soft of the whole system is analyzed and designed. The hardware system is designed. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. According to the packing technology requirement of the bobbin and the work flow of manual packing, the realization method and the whole design scheme of the bobbin packing system with automatic weighing function are determined, and the typical mechanism of the whole system, such as automatic winding, is determined. The function realization, working principle and mechanical structure of the mechanism based on photoelectric and timer detection of the size and size of the head, the selective flip of the bobbin yarn, and so on are studied and designed. 2. This paper studies and designs the weighing module of bobbin yarn, puts forward a method of weighing of bobbin yarn, and analyzes and designs the mechanical structure, working principle and process of weighing module of bobbin. The pneumatic system is used as the main driving and actuating mechanism of the whole packaging system, and the whole structure of the pneumatic system is designed according to the packaging process. 3. The hardware part of automatic package control system for bobbin yarn is designed. According to the control requirements, the hardware system scheme of the whole packaging system is studied and designed. Siemens S7 ~ (300) series PLC is used as the main controller. The hardware of the whole control system, such as motor, frequency converter and touch screen, is analyzed and selected. In addition, the communication network of the whole control system is analyzed and designed. The software part of the control system is designed and developed, the software program flow of some functional modules is analyzed and designed, and the software programming of the automatic weight control module is introduced in detail. At the same time, the Wincc flexible software is used to edit the display interface of the touch screen, and the man-machine interaction function is realized. 4. On the basis of the analysis and design of the system, the movement process of the typical mechanism of the system is simulated and analyzed. At the same time, some of the research results are tested experimentally in the enterprises cooperating with the research group. Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized, the shortcomings and shortcomings of the system are pointed out, and the improvement plan of the system is put forward.
