【摘要】:食品安全檢驗(yàn)、蘋果出口等級(jí)檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)定、我國生產(chǎn)線上產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制、供應(yīng)鏈中產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制與檢驗(yàn)、海關(guān)和商檢局等對(duì)質(zhì)量多等級(jí)抽樣在應(yīng)用方面有許多需求,國際和國家抽樣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也亟須完善的理論與方法的支撐,制定相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的出臺(tái)。多等級(jí)抽樣方案對(duì)合格批和不合格批的更強(qiáng)鑒別能力,給質(zhì)量控制帶來了更加經(jīng)濟(jì)的檢驗(yàn),為質(zhì)量控制和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的實(shí)施者提供了有利的工具。因此,本論文分別對(duì)質(zhì)量三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次和二次抽樣在理論和方法上進(jìn)行了研究。首先,在經(jīng)典的二等級(jí)計(jì)數(shù)抽樣基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案類型較單一、無法覆蓋實(shí)際的更多需求的問題,提出了六個(gè)三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案,給出這些抽樣方案的抽樣特性函數(shù),并提出一個(gè)重要的概念“當(dāng)量不合格品數(shù)”,使所有三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案可以簡化為統(tǒng)一的抽樣方案。同時(shí),建立了抽樣方案的幾何表示方法,并用圖示的方法研究對(duì)比了新舊抽樣方案,基于此給出了挑選三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品一次抽樣方案的一般性影響因素及如何挑選抽樣方案的建議。其次,建立了質(zhì)量三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,給出了適用于一般抽樣方案的設(shè)計(jì)方法。在抽樣方案的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案OC函數(shù)的性質(zhì),將OC曲面分解成多條曲線,提出了借助1 2p?p平面上的一些重要的點(diǎn)來設(shè)計(jì)抽樣方案的思想,建立了三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。同時(shí),給出了一種設(shè)計(jì)三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品一次抽樣方案的一般方法,建立了優(yōu)化的模型,并基于數(shù)值算例的結(jié)果,對(duì)提出的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的補(bǔ)充和說明。再次,以經(jīng)典計(jì)數(shù)二次抽樣的理論與方法為基礎(chǔ),研究了三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)二次抽樣。提出三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)二次抽樣方案,給出檢驗(yàn)過程,并計(jì)算批接收概率,推導(dǎo)OC函數(shù),并根據(jù)該函數(shù)給出了三維OC曲面及等高線。推導(dǎo)了第二次抽樣是截尾的和非截尾的平均樣本量公式,給出了三維ASN曲面及極值點(diǎn),并分析了抽樣方案的參數(shù)對(duì)ASN曲面的具體影響。最后,給出了三等級(jí)計(jì)數(shù)二次抽樣方案的設(shè)計(jì)方法和模型算法,依此比較了三等級(jí)計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案和二次抽樣方案,得到了二次抽樣方案具有更經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)勢的結(jié)論;跀(shù)值示例的結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證上述理論的正確性和可用性。最后,以臨海巨豐機(jī)械有限公司的輪轂產(chǎn)品為例,應(yīng)用本文提出的質(zhì)量三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)抽樣的理論與方法,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),對(duì)其出廠產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)分別進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)一次抽樣方案的選擇與設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)數(shù)二次抽樣方案的選擇與設(shè)計(jì),綜合考慮,選擇適合臨海巨豐機(jī)械有限公司的抽樣方案,這為如何應(yīng)用三等級(jí)產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)抽樣理論與方法起到示范作用。
[Abstract]:Food safety inspection, apple export grade inspection and evaluation, product quality control on Chinese production line, product quality control and inspection in supply chain, customs and commodity inspection bureau and so on, have many demands in the application of quality multi-grade sampling.International and national sampling standards also need to be supported by perfect theories and methods.The multi-grade sampling scheme has a stronger ability to identify qualified and unqualified batches, brings more economical inspection to quality control, and provides a favorable tool for the implementers of quality control and continuous improvement.Therefore, this paper studies the theory and method of three-grade product counting in theory and method.First of all, on the basis of classical two-level counting sampling, aiming at the problem that the existing three-grade product counting one-time sampling scheme is relatively simple and unable to cover the actual more demand, six three-grade product counting one-time sampling schemes are proposed.The sampling characteristic function of these sampling schemes is given, and an important concept of "equivalent number of unqualified products" is put forward.At the same time, the geometric representation method of the sampling scheme is established, and the new and old sampling schemes are studied and compared with the graphic method. Based on this, the general influencing factors and the suggestions on how to select the sampling scheme are given.Secondly, the design criterion of the sampling scheme is established, and the design method suitable for the general sampling scheme is given.On the basis of sampling scheme, this paper summarizes the properties of OC function of three-grade product counting sampling scheme, decomposes OC surface into many curves, and puts forward the idea of designing sampling scheme with the help of some important points on 1 2p?p plane.The design criteria of three-grade product count-one-time sampling scheme are established.At the same time, a general method of designing a sampling scheme for three-grade products is given, and an optimized model is established. Based on the results of numerical examples, the proposed design method is further supplemented and explained.Thirdly, based on the theory and method of classical counting quadratic sampling, this paper studies the three grade product counting quadratic sampling.In this paper, a three-grade product counting quadratic sampling scheme is proposed, the inspection process is given, the batch acceptance probability is calculated, the OC function is derived, and the 3D OC surface and contour are given according to the function.The formulas of mean sample size for the second sampling are derived, and the 3D ASN surfaces and extreme points are given, and the influence of the parameters of the sampling scheme on the ASN surfaces is analyzed.Finally, the design method and the model algorithm of the three-level counting quadratic sampling scheme are given, and the comparison between the three-grade counting one sampling scheme and the second sampling scheme is given, and the conclusion that the quadratic sampling scheme has more economical advantages is obtained.Based on the results of numerical examples, the correctness and availability of the above theory are further verified.Finally, taking the hub products of Linhai Jufeng Machinery Co., Ltd as an example, applying the theory and method of counting and sampling the three-grade quality products proposed in this paper, combined with the characteristics of the products,The selection and design of the sampling scheme and the selection and design of the second sampling plan are carried out respectively for the inspection of its ex-factory products, and the sampling scheme suitable for Linhai Jufeng Machinery Co., Ltd is selected according to the comprehensive consideration.This is how to apply the three-class product count sampling theory and method to play a role in demonstration.
