科技中介嵌入性與集群績(jī)效關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:席卷而來的全球化浪潮在帶來發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也導(dǎo)致了生產(chǎn)要素的重新整合和再分配。為對(duì)抗跨國(guó)巨頭和大型企業(yè)依靠其自身固有渠道及技術(shù)、資本、人力等方面優(yōu)勢(shì)對(duì)資源的進(jìn)一步歸集,同業(yè)中小企業(yè)在地理上集聚形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,通過規(guī)模報(bào)酬、區(qū)域品牌等集聚優(yōu)勢(shì)參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。同時(shí),技術(shù)交叉整合的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)一步加劇,僅依靠個(gè)體企業(yè)有限內(nèi)部資源的線性創(chuàng)新模式逐漸被強(qiáng)調(diào)交換、互補(bǔ)、學(xué)習(xí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)式創(chuàng)新模式所取代。而當(dāng)集群企業(yè)從內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)向外部尋求新的創(chuàng)新資源時(shí),面對(duì)紛繁外界信息往往無(wú)所適從,甚至部分企業(yè)因認(rèn)知水平、維護(hù)成本等因素對(duì)初期因地理臨近而形成的資源載體和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式產(chǎn)生路徑依賴,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)集群的技術(shù)鎖定。而科技中介以信息和資源交換為主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù),可以有效拓展企業(yè)資源獲取的廣度,交叉地位所帶的信息優(yōu)勢(shì)又能進(jìn)一步增加企業(yè)資源獲取的深度,被認(rèn)為是集群績(jī)效提升的重要推動(dòng)因素,引起了學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。然而在當(dāng)前研究中,實(shí)踐層次的現(xiàn)狀分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、概念辨析、宏觀對(duì)策較多,而站在微觀角度從科技中介自身特征出發(fā)系統(tǒng)分析其作用機(jī)制的較少,與其相關(guān)的實(shí)證研究更是鳳毛麟角。因此,本文綜合運(yùn)用集群發(fā)展、嵌入性、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)等理論,圍繞“科技中介如何影響集群績(jī)效”這一核心問題,采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)閱讀與實(shí)地調(diào)查相結(jié)合、定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過以下部分展開逐步深入的研究:(1)文獻(xiàn)述評(píng)與理論發(fā)展。通過對(duì)集群形成發(fā)展、嵌入性、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)等理論的梳理回顧,找出現(xiàn)有研究的不足,確定合適的研究切入點(diǎn),并通過相似概念的對(duì)比辨析科技中介的概念及內(nèi)涵,形成本文論證的基礎(chǔ)。(2)概念模型的構(gòu)建。通過進(jìn)一步的文獻(xiàn)展開,從“嵌入性”視角將科技中介與集群內(nèi)其他行動(dòng)者的聯(lián)結(jié)關(guān)系歸納為關(guān)系嵌入和結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入兩個(gè)維度,分別剖析其對(duì)于集群績(jī)效的影響過程和影響機(jī)制,提出相應(yīng)的概念模型。(3)實(shí)證研究。結(jié)合41個(gè)浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群示范區(qū)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和461家企業(yè)的有效調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析、層次回歸分析等數(shù)理方法對(duì)模型所包含的假設(shè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn),最終確認(rèn)了科技中介嵌入性對(duì)集群績(jī)效的作用機(jī)制模型。通過以上研究論證工作,本文主要得到如下結(jié)論:(1)科技中介關(guān)系嵌入對(duì)集群績(jī)效存在積極的影響。依據(jù)科技中介對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的不同輔助方面,可以從內(nèi)容視角將科技中介在集群中的關(guān)系嵌入性分為資源搜索嵌入、交流溝通嵌入和商業(yè)化嵌入三個(gè)子項(xiàng)。資源搜索嵌入可以豐富企業(yè)知識(shí)源,增加獲取信息的異質(zhì)性,提升獲得互補(bǔ)性資源的可能性,并進(jìn)一步降低企業(yè)的搜索成本,利于企業(yè)績(jī)效的提升?萍贾薪榈慕涣鳒贤ㄇ度肟梢约ぐl(fā)企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流、參與技術(shù)合作的意愿,促成集群內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的形成,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的認(rèn)知能力,減少技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移障礙,促進(jìn)集群內(nèi)知識(shí)的傳播和擴(kuò)散,從而促進(jìn)集群績(jī)效的提升?萍贾薪榈纳虡I(yè)化嵌入可以通過提供第三方評(píng)估等形式減少信息的不對(duì)稱性,促成技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的達(dá)成,并以成果轉(zhuǎn)化的方式向集群提供新的技術(shù),進(jìn)而推動(dòng)集群發(fā)展。(2)科技中介的結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入對(duì)集群績(jī)效存在積極的影響。結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入可以從中心度和占據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)洞兩個(gè)維度來考量,科技中介的中心度越高、所占據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)洞越多,越能促進(jìn)集群績(jī)效的提升。當(dāng)科技中介位于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心時(shí),依靠其顯著的信息優(yōu)勢(shì)和豐富的聯(lián)結(jié)渠道可以減少集群中信息傳播的失真和衰減,加速技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)移與擴(kuò)散,優(yōu)化集群的內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境。科技中介能夠從結(jié)構(gòu)洞中取得特殊的信息收益,利于業(yè)務(wù)能力的提升。此外,在集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)中占據(jù)較多結(jié)構(gòu)洞意味著其較好的彌補(bǔ)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的關(guān)系斷層,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)生了積極的黏合作用,縮減了企業(yè)維持必要關(guān)系聯(lián)結(jié)的成本,對(duì)集群發(fā)展起到了積極作用。(3)科技中介結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入在其關(guān)系嵌入對(duì)集群績(jī)效的影響機(jī)制中發(fā)揮部分調(diào)節(jié)作用?萍贾薪榈闹行亩群驼紦(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)洞對(duì)其資源搜索嵌入性、交流溝通嵌入性與集群績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系存正向的調(diào)節(jié)作用,而對(duì)商業(yè)化嵌入促進(jìn)集群績(jī)效增長(zhǎng)的過程沒有顯著的影響。較高的網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位能夠帶來豐富而特殊的信息優(yōu)勢(shì),使科技中介能夠掌握更多的異質(zhì)性資源,獲得更高的信息操作能力,便于更好的開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng),從而加深與企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系。(4)從結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入角度可以將科技中介進(jìn)行分類。從科技中介自身性質(zhì)的微觀角度著手,以其中心度及所占據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)洞為基本測(cè)量維度,可以將科技中介分為基本型、冗余型、邊緣型、橋接型四種基本形式。然而,由于筆者時(shí)間、經(jīng)歷、研究水平所限,本文研究仍存在部分不足之處,對(duì)此本文最后一章進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),并指出了后續(xù)深入研究的主要方向。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the wave of globalization has brought about the development opportunities, and also led to the reintegration and redistribution of the production factors. Through scale reward, regional brand and other agglomeration advantages participate in the market competition. At the same time, the trend of technical cross integration is further intensified. The linear innovation model that relies solely on the limited internal resources of individual enterprises is gradually emphasized in exchange, complementarity and learning by network innovation model. In the face of new resources, it is often lost in the face of numerous external information. Even some enterprises depend on the factors such as cognitive level and maintenance cost, such as the resource carrier and competition mode formed by geographical proximity. To expand the breadth of enterprise resource acquisition, the information advantage of intersecting position can further increase the depth of enterprise resource acquisition. It is considered as an important driving factor for the promotion of cluster performance, which has aroused the attention of the academic circle. However, in the current research, the current situation analysis, experience summary, concept discrimination and macro countermeasures are more in the current research. From the micro point of view, from the characteristics of science and technology intermediaries, it is very rare to analyze the mechanism of its action, and the empirical research is very rare. Therefore, this paper comprehensively uses the theory of cluster development, embeddedness, innovation network and so on, and uses theoretical research and reality around the core issue of "how technology intermediary affects cluster performance". The combination of evidence research, literature reading and field investigation, qualitative research and quantitative research combined, through the following parts to carry out a gradual and in-depth study: (1) literature review and theoretical development. Through the review of the formation and development of cluster, embeddedness, innovation network and other theories, find out the lack of research and determine the appropriate In this paper, the concept and connotation of science and technology intermediaries are analyzed and analyzed through the comparison of similar concepts. (2) the construction of the conceptual model. Through further literature, from the perspective of "embeddedness", the connection between scientific and technological intermediaries and other actors in the cluster is divided into two dimensions of relationship Embeddedness and structure embeddedness. Analysis of the impact process and impact mechanism on the cluster performance, and put forward the corresponding conceptual model. (3) empirical study, combined with the statistical data of 41 Zhejiang industrial cluster demonstration areas and the effective data of 461 enterprises, using factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and other mathematical methods to test the hypothesis contained in the model test. Through the above research and demonstration, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) the embeddedness of technology intermediary relations has a positive impact on the cluster performance. According to the different auxiliary aspects of the technological intermediary to the enterprise innovation activities, the scientific and technological intermediary can be used in the science and technology from the content perspective. The embeddedness in the cluster is divided into three sub items: resource search embedding, communication Embeddedness and commercialization. Resource search and embeddedness can enrich enterprise knowledge sources, increase the heterogeneity of acquisition information, enhance the possibility of obtaining complementary resources, and further reduce the search cost of enterprises, and facilitate the promotion of enterprise performance. Intermediary communication and communication embeddedness can stimulate enterprises to exchange technology, participate in technical cooperation, promote the formation of industrial alliance within the cluster, enhance the cognitive ability of enterprises, reduce the barriers to transfer of technology, promote the spread and diffusion of knowledge within the cluster, and promote the promotion of cluster performance. From the micro angle of the nature of science and technology intermediary, we can divide the scientific intermediary into four basic forms, such as the basic form, the redundancy, the edge type and the bridge type. However, the research still exists because of the limitation of the author's time, experience and the research level. In this part, the last chapter is summarized, and the main direction of further research is pointed out.
