【摘要】:高校資助管理的規(guī)模日益擴大,為了幫助我國全日制普通高等學(xué)校的貧困家庭的學(xué)生順利進(jìn)入大學(xué)并且能夠順利完成學(xué)業(yè),我國逐步建立了一些多元化的資助貧困家庭學(xué)生的政策體系,包括特殊困難補助、勤工助學(xué)、學(xué)生貸款、獎學(xué)金、學(xué)費減免等。將計算機技術(shù)應(yīng)用到高校資助日常管理中,研制高效的高校資助管理系統(tǒng),既可以有助于提高高校資助管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化程度,又可以促進(jìn)高校學(xué)生資助工作的不斷創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。本文首先在深入調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上分析了研發(fā)高校資助管理系統(tǒng)的必要性和緊迫性,探討了系統(tǒng)研制涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù),尤其對系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的B/S、C/S架構(gòu)、.Net技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫原理與技術(shù)等予以深入學(xué)習(xí)和掌握。在此基礎(chǔ)之上遵循軟件工程的原則和軟件工程過程,對高校資助管理系統(tǒng)的整體解決方案及提煉的系統(tǒng)用戶登錄、貧困生管理、獎助學(xué)金管理等功能進(jìn)行了詳盡的需求分析,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)與測試。系統(tǒng)研制的初步應(yīng)用和階段成果,說明系統(tǒng)各項功能達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。應(yīng)用實踐證明,高校資助管理系統(tǒng)能夠提高資助管理的工作效率,降低辦公成本,使資助工作信息化水平進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:In order to help the students from poor families of full-time colleges and universities in our country enter the university smoothly and finish their studies smoothly, the scale of the financial aid management in colleges and universities is expanding day by day. China has gradually set up a number of diversified policy systems for subsidizing students from poor families, including special hardship allowance, part-time study, student loans, scholarships, tuition remission, etc. Computer technology has been applied to the daily management of financial assistance in colleges and universities. The development of an efficient financial aid management system in colleges and universities can not only help to improve the standardization and networking of financial aid management in colleges and universities, At the same time, it can promote the innovation and development of college student financial aid work. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the research and development of the financial aid management system in colleges and universities, and discusses the related technologies involved in the development of the system. In particular, the B / S / C / S architecture technology, database principle and technology of the system are deeply studied and mastered. On this basis, the principles of software engineering and the process of software engineering are followed. The overall solution of the financial aid management system in colleges and universities and the system user login, poor student management, scholarship management and other functions of the system are analyzed and designed in detail. The preliminary application and stage results of the system development show that the functions of the system reach the expected goal. The application practice proves that the financial aid management system in colleges and universities can improve the work efficiency of financial support management and reduce the office cost.
