【摘要】：伴隨整體計算機系統(tǒng)的高速成長,以及電力體系改革的持續(xù)深化,使得電力企業(yè)在整體制度以及運用模式等方面都有著持續(xù)的革新,構建了更為新穎以及先進的,契合市場綜合需求的管理系統(tǒng),逐漸演變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)的關鍵需求。班組作為電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要構成,各方面的生產、技術都要求利用有關的班組而達成落實。所以構建配套的班組管理體系,對企業(yè)而言是極為關鍵的。論文針對當前企業(yè)整體班組管理的基礎狀況開展配套的認知,發(fā)現當前原始的人為班組管理存在工作效率低、資料保存難、數據更新慢、檢查費功夫等諸多弊端。綜合電力企業(yè)實際需求以及有關上級組織方面存在的基礎需求,論文針對標準化、規(guī)范化管理的基礎價值、需求分析以及技術實現等開展對應的分析工作,設計了以Web技術作為基礎,引入有關的B/S模式,采用配套的.NET、JAVA以及MASQL技術而開展配套的開發(fā)工作,制作符合規(guī)范性要求的配套系統(tǒng),并且系統(tǒng)的論述整體的功能模塊以及業(yè)務流程,進而實現供電公司配套系統(tǒng)的有效研發(fā)。論文分析系統(tǒng)的有效達成,使得電網公司綜合的班組活動得以形成良好的標準化、科學化的管理效果。整體系統(tǒng)達成了企業(yè)有關班組的全部資料都整理到對應的服務器之中,使得資料具備更為理想的共享型,達成考核評分以及同業(yè)對標數據的有效上報,實現更為理想的管理效率;使得整體管理活動中有關的新聞、動態(tài)以及有關通知等信息得以高效的發(fā)布,實現更為理想的傳播效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the whole computer system and the continuous deepening of the reform of the electric power system, the electric power enterprises have been continuously innovating in the whole system and the application mode, and have constructed a more novel and advanced one. The management system that accords with the comprehensive demand of the market gradually evolves into the key demand of the enterprise. As the main component of the development of the electric power enterprise, the shift group is the main component of the electric power enterprise, and the production of all aspects, Therefore, it is very critical for the enterprise to build a supporting team management system. The thesis aims at the basic condition of the overall team management of the enterprise to carry out a complete set of cognition. It is found that at present, the original management of shift teams has many disadvantages, such as low efficiency, difficult data preservation, slow data updating, inspection fees, etc. The actual needs of the power enterprises and the basic needs of the superior organizations are synthesized. Aiming at the basic value of standardization, standardized management, requirement analysis and technical realization, the paper designs a B / S model based on Web technology. Using the supporting. Net Java and MASQL technology to carry out the supporting development work, to make the supporting system according to the standard requirements, and to systematically discuss the whole function module and business process. And then realize the effective research and development of power supply company supporting system, the effective achievement of the paper analysis system, make the comprehensive shift and group activities of power grid company to form good standardization, Scientific management effect. The whole system has achieved that all the information about the shift and team of the enterprise is sorted into the corresponding server, so that the data have more ideal shared type, and the assessment and evaluation are achieved, as well as the effective reporting of the standard data by the same industry. To achieve a more ideal management efficiency, so that the overall management activities related news, dynamic and related information can be effectively released, and achieve a more ideal communication efficiency.
