【摘要】:移相器在汽車GPS導(dǎo)航和衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,尤其在相控陣?yán)走_(dá)和多波束天線里有不可或缺的作用。移相器通過(guò)改變信號(hào)相位來(lái)控制改變波速方向,是相控陣?yán)走_(dá)中收發(fā)組件的關(guān)鍵部件。每個(gè)相控陣?yán)走_(dá)中有著成千上萬(wàn)個(gè)收發(fā)組件,每個(gè)收發(fā)組件都需要一個(gè)相應(yīng)的數(shù)控移相器。如何降低移相器的成本和體積而不影響相控陣?yán)走_(dá)的性能,使得本課題的研究很有意義。本文首先介紹了常見(jiàn)的基于SiGe半導(dǎo)體工藝開(kāi)關(guān)電路,然后對(duì)單刀雙擲開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。之后,綜述了各種數(shù)控移相器的工作原理。在深入分析各類數(shù)控移相器的特點(diǎn)后,本文對(duì)Ku波段集總元件型移相器進(jìn)行了研究。高位180°和90°移相單元電路采用高/低通濾波拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),低位45°、22.5°、11.25°、5.625°采用了帶通/低通濾波拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。另外,為了提高移相幅度波動(dòng)指標(biāo),還設(shè)計(jì)了一種新穎的帶通/低通濾波移相單元。由于工藝限制,工藝庫(kù)不能提供感值過(guò)小的電感,故在ADS中設(shè)計(jì)小感值的平面螺旋電感并進(jìn)行了電磁仿真。本文設(shè)計(jì)的電路工作在Ku波段,為使電路仿真更具準(zhǔn)確性,采用了電磁場(chǎng)仿真和原理圖聯(lián)合仿真的優(yōu)化仿真方法。本文最終完成了 Ku波段六位數(shù)控移相器的設(shè)計(jì),芯片整體尺寸為1.57mm× 1.3mm,在16GHz工作頻率下聯(lián)合仿真結(jié)果為:移相精度小于3°,插入損耗小于13dB,移相幅度波動(dòng)小于±1dB。從仿真結(jié)果來(lái)看,該移相器在工作頻率下具有高移相精度,低插入損耗等性能。
[Abstract]:Phase shifters are widely used in automotive GPS navigation and satellite systems, especially in phased array radar and multi-beam antennas. Is a key component of a phased array radar. There are thousands of transceiver components in each phased array radar. Each transceiver requires a corresponding numerical controlled phase shifter. How to reduce the cost and volume of phase shifter without affecting the performance of phased array radar, This paper first introduces the common semiconductor process switch circuit based on SiGe, then introduces the single pole double throw switch in detail. The working principle of various numerical controlled phase shifters is summarized. After deeply analyzing the characteristics of various kinds of numerical control phase shifters, the Ku-band lumped element phase shifters are studied in this paper. The high position 180 擄and 90 擄phase shifters adopt high / low pass filter topologies. In addition, a novel band-pass / low-pass filter phase shifting unit is designed in order to improve the fluctuation index of phase shift amplitude. Due to the process limitation, the process library can not provide inductors with too small sensible value. Therefore, the planar spiral inductor with small inductance is designed in ADS and electromagnetic simulation is carried out. The circuit designed in this paper works in Ku-band, in order to make the circuit simulation more accurate. The optimization simulation method of electromagnetic field simulation and schematic simulation is adopted. Finally, the design of Ku band six-bit numerical control phase shifter is finished. The overall size of the chip is 1.57mm 脳 1.3mm. The combined simulation results at 16GHz operating frequency are as follows: the phase shift precision is less than 3 擄, the insertion loss is less than 13dB, and the fluctuation of phase shift amplitude is less than 鹵1dB. the simulation results show that the phase shifter has high phase shifting accuracy at the operating frequency.
