面向智能制造的MES移動管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)化與信息化的深度融合,全球制造產(chǎn)業(yè)正在發(fā)生著深刻的變革,尤其在德國"工業(yè)4.0"和中國"智能制造2025"背景下,制造企業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸意識到信息化建設(shè)對企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的重要作用。以制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)為代表的車間管理系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的重要一環(huán),已得到越來越多的重視。本文通過對離散制造企業(yè)的實地調(diào)研,分析了離散制造的生產(chǎn)特點、應(yīng)用企業(yè)的車間現(xiàn)狀和管理流程,結(jié)合企業(yè)對移動化辦公和無紙化生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)實需求,制定了一套基于MES的車間移動管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方案。在系統(tǒng)整體業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了三層模式的系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu),給出了系統(tǒng)的物理拓撲和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。在數(shù)據(jù)層,通過多源數(shù)據(jù)的集成模型研究,提出了一種基于XML中間件的數(shù)據(jù)庫交互方法;在功能層,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)功能需求,并利用面向?qū)ο蟮腢ML建模機制,建立了系統(tǒng)的功能模型。最后根據(jù)上述系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案,利用Eclipse開發(fā)工具,采用Web技術(shù),開發(fā)了基于Hybrid App模式的具有遠程監(jiān)控和現(xiàn)場管理功能的移動車間制造管理系統(tǒng),包括訂單管理、計劃管理、設(shè)備管理等功能,從而突破了傳統(tǒng)計算機終端管理系統(tǒng)的局限,實現(xiàn)靈活生產(chǎn)和移動辦公,滿足制造過程中產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的跟蹤和監(jiān)控方面的個性化需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of global economic integration and the deep integration of industrialization and information, the global manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes, especially under the background of "Industrial 4.0" in Germany and "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" in China. Manufacturing enterprises have gradually realized the important role of information construction in the survival and development of enterprises. Workshop management system, represented by manufacturing execution system, is an important part of enterprise information construction. More and more attention has been paid to it. Based on the field investigation of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the production characteristics of discrete manufacturing, the present situation of the workshop and the management process of the enterprises. According to the actual demand of the enterprise for mobile office and paperless production, a development scheme of workshop mobile management system based on MES is established. Based on the design of the whole business process of the system, the system architecture of three-tier mode is put forward. The physical topology and key technologies of the system are given. In the data layer, a database interaction method based on XML middleware is proposed through the research of multi-source data integration model. The function model of the system is established by using the object-oriented UML modeling mechanism. Finally, according to the above system design scheme, using the Eclipse development tools, using the Web technology, A mobile workshop manufacturing management system based on Hybrid App is developed, which has the functions of remote monitoring and field management, including order management, planning management, equipment management and so on, thus breaking through the limitation of traditional computer terminal management system. Flexible production and mobile office are realized to meet the personalized requirements of product data tracking and monitoring in manufacturing process.
