基于FM17550的RFID讀卡器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:射頻識別(即RFID,Radio Frequency Identification)技術(shù)是一種利用無線射頻信號進(jìn)行自動識別并進(jìn)行信息傳輸?shù)募夹g(shù)。隨著社會的進(jìn)步和科技的發(fā)展,它已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于公安、金融、交通、醫(yī)療等社會生活的各個方面。伴隨著各種射頻卡應(yīng)用的越來越普及,與之相關(guān)的射頻卡讀卡器也取得了飛速的發(fā)展,越來越多的公司、科研機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛投入到智能射頻卡讀卡器以及相關(guān)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的研究和開發(fā)當(dāng)中。目前我國流行最廣泛的非接IC卡基本都是基于ISO/IEC14443協(xié)議的Mifare卡、TYPEACPU卡、TYPEBCPU卡等,伴隨著這些卡的應(yīng)用,相應(yīng)讀卡器也有很多種,這些讀卡器所采用的核心設(shè)計都是利用微處理器控制相應(yīng)射頻處理芯片來實現(xiàn)。目前國際上射頻處理芯片設(shè)計基本被恩智浦(NXP,Philips前身)、德州儀器(TI)等幾大半導(dǎo)體公司所控制,其高昂的費用不但影響了 RFID技術(shù)在諸多領(lǐng)域的大面積推廣,也造成了大量外匯流失。為響應(yīng)國家關(guān)于半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)國產(chǎn)化的號召,加快國產(chǎn)射頻芯片在RFID領(lǐng)域的推廣應(yīng)用,本文結(jié)合RFID技術(shù)以及嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計要求,采用上海復(fù)旦微電子集團(tuán)股份有限公司設(shè)計的FM17550射頻芯片結(jié)合意法半導(dǎo)體公司的Cortex M0核的單片機(jī)設(shè)計了一款支持Mifare卡、TYPEACPU卡、TYPEB CPU卡以及NFC功能的通用讀卡器。本設(shè)計最大的特點在于支持多類型射頻卡片且成本低廉。本文首先闡述了射頻識別技術(shù)的研究應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)的智能射頻卡應(yīng)用的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),接著從硬件方面介紹該射頻讀卡器所包含的主要模塊的相關(guān)設(shè)計,然后講述了射頻讀卡器在天線調(diào)試過程中的一些方法,軟件方面主要講述該讀卡器各種射頻卡片的功能實現(xiàn)以及在不同行業(yè)應(yīng)用當(dāng)中帶來的積極的社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。
[Abstract]:Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a technology that uses radio frequency signal for automatic identification and information transmission. With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, it has been widely used in public security, finance and transportation. Medical and other aspects of social life. With the increasing popularity of various radio frequency card applications, the related radio frequency card reader has also made rapid development, more and more companies, Scientific research institutions have invested in the research and development of smart RF card readers and related application systems. At present, the most popular non-connected IC cards in China are basically Mifare cards based on ISO/IEC14443 protocol, TYPEA CPU cards, TYPEB CPU cards, etc., which are accompanied by the application of these cards. There are also many kinds of card readers. The core designs used in these card readers are all realized by using microprocessors to control the corresponding RF processing chips. At present, the design of RF processing chips in the world is basically controlled by several major semiconductor companies, such as NXP Philips predecessor, Texas Instruments TI, etc. The high cost has not only affected the wide spread of RFID technology in many fields, but also caused a large amount of foreign exchange loss. In response to the call of the state on the localization of the semiconductor industry, it has speeded up the popularization and application of domestic RF chips in the field of RFID. This paper combines RFID technology and embedded system design requirements, Using the FM17550 RF chip designed by Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd and the single chip microcomputer of Cortex M0 core of Italy Semiconductor Company, a universal card reader supporting Mifare card TYPEA CPU card type PEB CPU card and NFC function is designed. The most important feature of this paper is that it supports multiple types of RF cards and its cost is low. Firstly, this paper describes the research and application status of RFID technology and the related standards of intelligent RF card applications. Then it introduces the related design of the main modules of the RF card reader from the hardware aspect, and then describes some methods of the RF card reader in the process of antenna debugging. The software mainly describes the realization of various RF cards and the positive social and economic value in different industries.
