【摘要】:混沌激光具有類噪聲、寬帶、強抗干擾性等特性,已被認為是激光雷達、時域反射儀、分布式光纖傳感等領域理想的探測信號,已經(jīng)成功實現(xiàn)自由空間測距、光纖斷點監(jiān)測、甚至電纜故障的監(jiān)測。本文旨在探索混沌激光的新應用,將混沌信號及其相關法拓展至水下探測領域;借鑒不同的光纖傳感技術,進一步發(fā)展混沌激光在光纖傳感領域的應用,主要工作及進展如下:1)提出一種用于水下測距的混沌調(diào)制激光雷達方案。該方案利用布爾混沌電路產(chǎn)生的混沌電信號調(diào)制半導體激光器獲得的532 nm混沌激光作為探測光并結(jié)合相關法,在1.5 m×0.3 m×0.3 m的水槽中進行了原理性實驗驗證,獲得的最小和最大探測距離分別為0.14 m和1.36 m,距離分辨率為51 cm,目標測距結(jié)果的平均誤差在2.3 cm以內(nèi)。該混沌調(diào)制激光雷達具有測量盲區(qū)小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的特點,可作為一種新的水下目標測距技術。2)提出并實驗驗證了一種用于分布式光纖傳感的混沌布里淵光相干域分析系統(tǒng)。低相干態(tài)的混沌激光可以確保系統(tǒng)獲得高的空間分辨率。系統(tǒng)采用數(shù)字光功率計來同步地獲取與溫度相關的布里淵增益譜,這種方法有別于傳統(tǒng)的實時示波器采集法,可以有效地消除電子噪聲從而提高系統(tǒng)的傳感范圍。系統(tǒng)成功地在906 m的待測光纖上實現(xiàn)了3.92 cm的空間分辨率,并獲得了1.24 MHz/℃的溫度系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Chaotic laser has the characteristics of noise-like, wideband, strong anti-jamming and so on. It has been considered as the ideal detection signal in the fields of lidar, time-domain reflectometer, distributed optical fiber sensor and so on, and has been successfully realized in free space ranging, optical fiber breakpoint monitoring, etc. The purpose of this paper is to explore the new application of chaotic laser, to extend the chaotic signal and its correlation method to underwater detection, to further develop the application of chaotic laser in the field of optical fiber sensing by using different optical fiber sensing techniques for reference. The main work and progress are as follows: 1) A chaotic modulation laser radar scheme for underwater ranging is proposed. The chaotic signal generated by Boolean chaotic circuit is used to modulate the 532nm chaotic laser of semiconductor laser. Detecting light and combining the correlation method, The principle experiment was carried out in a 1.5 m 脳 0.3 m 脳 0.3 m flume. The minimum and maximum detection ranges are 0.14 m and 1.36 m, respectively, and the range resolution is 51 cm. The average error of the target ranging results is within 2.3 cm. The chaotic modulation lidar has the characteristics of small blind area and simple structure. A chaotic Brillouin optical coherent domain analysis system for distributed optical fiber sensing is proposed and experimentally validated as a new underwater target ranging technique.
