基于離散事件的排故過程建模與仿真方法研究
[Abstract]:The virtual maintenance training system based on the troubleshooting process model can provide efficient and systematic troubleshooting training for the crew, and it is widely used in the field of train crew training. The existing modeling methods ignore the structural characteristics of the troubleshooting process. The model is complex, the simulation program is extensible and the reusability is poor, which restricts the development of the virtual maintenance training system. In this paper, the discrete event modeling method (BOM,) is used to establish the model of troubleshooting process layer by layer, and the 3D simulation environment is built to verify the model. The results show that the established model can simulate the real troubleshooting process and meet the development requirements of the virtual maintenance training system. The problem of complex structure of the model and poor reusability of the simulation program is solved. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, based on the study of aircraft maintenance manual, the hierarchical and discretization characteristics of the process of troubleshooting are summarized, and the elements of modeling and simulation of the process are abstracted by the idea of discrete event modeling. According to the modeling requirements, a hierarchical modeling strategy and a model framework are proposed. This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of discrete event modeling methods in terms of model completeness and model complexity. BOM method is used to establish the model of troubleshooting process. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the process structure and the componentized modeling of the BOM method, taking the troubleshooting task as the model meta-component, using the BOM template to describe the modeling elements one by one, the model of the troubleshooting task is established, according to the hierarchical structure of the troubleshooting process. A complete model of troubleshooting process is established by aggregating the task model. Aiming at the disadvantage of semantic ambiguity in the model of troubleshooting process established by BOM method, the definition of BOM entity and the template of state machine are extended and improved with DEVS method. The extended BOM method is used to re-establish the entity state model and the entity state transition model of the exclusion process. Then, with the help of the A320 virtual maintenance training platform developed by our laboratory, the 3D simulation environment of the troubleshooting process model is built, and the simulation implementation framework and the program structure of the model are expounded. The feasibility of the model and the simulation method are verified by the example of running the troubleshooting process model. Finally, with the support of BOM to the HLA framework, the distributed simulation method and simulation framework of the troubleshooting process model are proposed, and the future development direction of the virtual maintenance training platform is preliminarily studied. Conclusion: the model of troubleshooting process established by BOM method in this paper can describe the process accurately and clearly, improve the reusability of the simulation program, and achieve the purpose of the research.
