【摘要】：作為二十世紀(jì)美國(guó)家庭小說(shuō)的代言人之一,安妮泰勒占據(jù)著一個(gè)微妙而獨(dú)特的高地審視著當(dāng)代美國(guó)社會(huì)�！逗粑�呼吸》以其新奇的故事與生動(dòng)的人物刻畫(huà),獲得了學(xué)術(shù)界的普遍肯定。小說(shuō)講述了艾拉夫婦僅僅一天行程中發(fā)生的故事,卻穿插了主角們對(duì)于以往生活各種各樣的回憶與思考。小說(shuō)沿襲了泰勒一貫的寫(xiě)作風(fēng)格,將其熟練的人物刻畫(huà)技巧發(fā)揮得淋漓盡致,眾多學(xué)者對(duì)此已有過(guò)大量研究,然而學(xué)者似乎對(duì)于《呼吸呼吸》,甚至泰勒很多的小說(shuō)都普遍欠缺一種外部思考。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)于泰勒一貫的家庭主題的文化解讀,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)其作品內(nèi)涵的拓寬,從而揭示泰勒書(shū)寫(xiě)中獨(dú)特的人文關(guān)懷。本文以文化解讀理論為基礎(chǔ),以家庭主題為切入點(diǎn),從婚姻,親子和兩性相處三個(gè)家庭主題對(duì)《呼吸呼吸》進(jìn)行研究。首先,泰勒在描繪家庭中的婚姻時(shí),充分反映了多元的個(gè)人主義文化對(duì)于婚姻的影響。個(gè)人主義影響下的婚姻有時(shí)細(xì)水長(zhǎng)流,有時(shí)卻戛然而止,這與美國(guó)社會(huì)的變遷不無(wú)關(guān)系。其次,美國(guó)20世紀(jì)的發(fā)展日新月異,導(dǎo)致幾代人之間出現(xiàn)了明顯的代溝,泰勒通過(guò)小說(shuō)中親子的觀(guān)念沖突反映了當(dāng)下美國(guó)嚴(yán)重的代際沖突問(wèn)題,沉默的一代和X一代這兩代獨(dú)特的美國(guó)人對(duì)于生活注定會(huì)衍生出截然不同的看法。最后,泰勒通過(guò)對(duì)其男女角色的精心刻畫(huà),為讀者展現(xiàn)了一道當(dāng)代美國(guó)男女關(guān)系的獨(dú)特風(fēng)景,更是反映了美國(guó)社會(huì)兩性相處的新發(fā)展。在小說(shuō)《呼吸呼吸》中,泰勒通過(guò)一系列偶然卻又必然的事件的策劃,導(dǎo)演了時(shí)下美國(guó)中產(chǎn)階級(jí)生活的情景劇。泰勒的小說(shuō)遠(yuǎn)不止于精彩的故事,更多的價(jià)值在于其文化影響深遠(yuǎn)。家庭主題的文化解讀對(duì)于人們了解當(dāng)今社會(huì)亦具有深刻啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:As one of the spokesmen of American family novels in the 20th century, Anne Taylor occupies a delicate and unique high ground to examine contemporary American society. Has won the academic circles universal affirmation. The novel tells the story of the Ella couple just one day's journey, but interspersed with the protagonists' various memories and thoughts about their past lives. The novel follows Taylor's consistent writing style and gives full play to his skillful portrayal of characters. Many scholars have studied it extensively. However, scholars seem to lack an external thinking about breathing, even many of Taylor's novels. The purpose of this paper is to broaden the connotation of Taylor's works through the cultural interpretation of Taylor's consistent family themes, and to reveal the unique humanistic concern in Taylor's writing. Based on the theory of cultural interpretation and the family theme, this paper studies breathing from the three family themes of marriage, parent-child and gender. First of all, Taylor's portrayal of marriage in the family fully reflects the influence of pluralistic individualism on marriage. Individualistic marriages sometimes flow and sometimes come to an abrupt end, which has something to do with the evolution of American society. Secondly, the rapid development of the 20th century in the United States has led to a clear generation gap between generations. Taylor's conflict of ideas between parents and children in her novels reflects the serious intergenerational conflict in the United States. Two unique generations of Americans, the silent generation and the X generation, are doomed to a very different view of life. Finally, Taylor's meticulous portrayal of her male and female roles shows readers a unique landscape of contemporary American relationships between men and women, and also reflects the new development of American gender relations. In the novel breath, Taylor directs the life of the middle-class American through a series of occasional but inevitable events. Taylor's novel is far more than a wonderful story, more valuable in its profound cultural impact. The cultural interpretation of family themes is also instructive for people to understand today's society.
