【摘要】：黨德建設(shè)是從嚴(yán)規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活的價值訴求。黨德立足歷史發(fā)展和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要兩個維度,內(nèi)設(shè)了黨內(nèi)政治生活的價值指向。在新時期,黨德由"理想信念"的價值靈魂,"立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民"的價值宗旨,"群眾路線"的價值路線,"改善民生、共同富裕"的價值基礎(chǔ),"嚴(yán)守黨紀(jì)、清正廉潔"的價值底線等五部分有機(jī)構(gòu)成。推動黨德發(fā)展,提升黨內(nèi)政治生活境界,必須將黨德建設(shè)深入持久地融入"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育,滲透黨的"五大建設(shè)"工作格局,落實(shí)為黨執(zhí)政文明的改革發(fā)展實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Party morality construction is the value demand of strictly standardizing party political life.Party morality based on the historical development and realistic needs of two dimensions, set up the value of party political life.In the new period, the party's morality is based on the value soul of "ideal and belief", the value purpose of "establishing the Party for the common good and ruling for the people", the value line of the "mass line", the value basis of "improving people's livelihood and common prosperity", and the value basis of "strictly observing party discipline".Clean and clean "the value of the bottom line and other five organic components."In order to promote the development of party morality and promote the state of political life within the party, we must integrate the construction of party morality into the study education of "two schools and one act", penetrate the working pattern of "five major construction" of the party, and put it into practice of reform and development of the ruling civilization of the party.
