【摘要】：背景初級(jí)醫(yī)療醫(yī)生在社區(qū)與臨床情況下的青少年初級(jí)醫(yī)療中起到了重要作用。然而研究表明,全科醫(yī)生可能缺乏關(guān)于青少年健康的信心、技巧和知識(shí)。本研究對(duì)醫(yī)療參與者作為學(xué)校青少年健康教育者的知識(shí)與自信的創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)干預(yù)有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。方法共有15名全科醫(yī)生、12名全科診所登記員和18名醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)生參與了中學(xué)生健康教育實(shí)地體驗(yàn)之后的健康教育講習(xí)班�；旌戏椒ㄔO(shè)計(jì)包括前后干預(yù)調(diào)查和焦點(diǎn)小組訪談。結(jié)果有信心教授的平均分?jǐn)?shù)〔(3.34±0.51)分vs.(4.09±0.33)分,P0.001〕大幅增加,有信心交流的平均分?jǐn)?shù)也大幅提高〔(3.64±0.48)分vs.(4.19±0.33)分,P0.001〕。平均知識(shí)分?jǐn)?shù)大幅提高〔(7.00±1.22)分vs.(8.98±1.11)分,P0.001〕。參與者強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)青少年健康問(wèn)題與通用教學(xué)技巧的重要性,尤其是課程計(jì)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)策略實(shí)施及與青少年交流"有效話題"。一些參與者稱(chēng)這些技巧將會(huì)應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐。結(jié)論利用證據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)、體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)策略并以發(fā)展適用于青少年健康教育的知識(shí)與實(shí)際教學(xué)技巧為核心的應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)干預(yù),增強(qiáng)知識(shí)的掌握與自信,以更好地參與社區(qū)為基礎(chǔ)的青少年健康教育。
[Abstract]:Background Primary medical doctors play an important role in community and clinical primary care for adolescents. However, studies have shown that general practitioners may lack confidence, skills and knowledge about adolescent health. This study evaluated the effectiveness of innovative training interventions on knowledge and self-confidence among medical participants as school adolescent health educators. Methods A total of 15 general practitioners, 12 general clinic registrars and 18 medical students participated in the health education workshop after the field experience of health education for middle school students. The design of the hybrid method included pre-and post-intervention survey and focus group interview. Results the average score of confident professor (3.34 鹵0.51), vs. (4.09 鹵0.33) and vs. (3.64 鹵0.48) and vs. (4.19 鹵0.33) were significantly increased, and the mean score of confident communication was (3.64 鹵0.48) and (4.19 鹵0.33), respectively. P0.001). The mean knowledge score increased significantly (7.00 鹵1.22) vs. (8.98 鹵1.11), P0.001). Participants emphasized the importance of learning about adolescent health problems and general teaching techniques, especially curriculum planning and design, implementation of experiential teaching strategies, and exchange of "effective topics" with adolescents. Some participants say these techniques will be applied to practice. Conclusion based on the evidence, experience-based teaching strategy and the development of knowledge and practical teaching skills for adolescent health education as the core of practical training intervention, to enhance the mastery of knowledge and self-confidence. Better participation in community-based adolescent health education.
