【摘要】：研究目的:大量研究證實(shí)可溶性上皮鈣黏蛋白(souble E-cadherin,s E-cadherin)是促進(jìn)各類(lèi)疾病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展進(jìn)程的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的調(diào)控因子。慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染是導(dǎo)致全世界肝臟相關(guān)疾病發(fā)病率和致死率的首要因素,目前已知全球約有2.4億人慢性HBV感染者,并且其中25%死于該類(lèi)疾病的后期并發(fā)癥。本項(xiàng)研究詣在更好地探究血清s E-cadherin在參與HBV感染相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)程中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。研究方法:采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測(cè)定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)試劑盒分別檢測(cè)了125例正常對(duì)照組(Healthy individuals)和113例慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者、101例乙肝后硬化(Cirrhosis)患者、75例肝細(xì)胞癌(hepatocellular cancer,HCC)患者血清中的s E-cadherin和干擾素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平,并用SPSS19.0軟件分析s E-cadherin、INF-γ水平分別與HBV感染相關(guān)疾病的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果:血清中s E-cadherin值在HBV相關(guān)疾病患者組中顯著高于健康對(duì)照組(均P0.0001)。在慢性乙型肝炎和乙肝后肝硬化患者的血清中s E-cadherin表達(dá)水平與INF-γ、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(alanine transarninase,ALT)、門(mén)冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)水平呈顯著正相關(guān)。而在肝細(xì)胞癌患者血清中s E-cadherin濃度僅于與ALT、AST水平呈顯著正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:s E-cadherin可能是評(píng)估HBV相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)程的一個(gè)重要血清標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective: a large number of studies have confirmed that soluble E-cadherin (E-cadherin) is a key regulatory factor to promote the occurrence and development of various diseases. Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality of liver-related diseases in the world. There are about 240 million chronic HBV infections in the world, and 25% of them die from the late complications of these diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of serum s E-cadherin in the process of HBV infection-related diseases. Methods: enzyme linked immunosorbent Elisa kit was used to detect 75 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), including 125 healthy individuals (normal control group) and 113 patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatitis (CHB) and 101 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (CHB), and 75 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) kit. The levels of s E-cadherin and interferon- 緯 (IFN- 緯), SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between the level of s E-cadherin-緯 and HBV infection-related diseases. Results: the serum s E-cadherin level in patients with HBV related diseases was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P 0. 0001). The expression of s E-cadherin in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B and posthepatitic cirrhosis was positively correlated with the levels of INF- 緯, alanine transarninase, aspartate aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. However, the serum s E-cadherin level was only positively correlated with alt AST level in HCC patients. Conclusion: E-cadherin may be an important serum marker for evaluating the progression of HBV related diseases.
