【摘要】：目的:探討凈效益回歸框架在我國(guó)藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值及研究進(jìn)展。方法:通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、書(shū)籍,介紹凈效益回歸框架的應(yīng)用特征及構(gòu)建過(guò)程。結(jié)果:凈效益回歸框架能夠評(píng)估各組治療方案的凈貨幣效益,并且可以進(jìn)行更合理的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)推斷,解決增量分析結(jié)果的不確定性;尤其是在前瞻性觀察研究或回顧性隊(duì)列研究中,利用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法,識(shí)別重要的混雜因素以及進(jìn)行亞組分析。結(jié)論:凈效益回歸框架在藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中具有明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與應(yīng)用價(jià)值,值得進(jìn)一步研究與運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value and research progress of net benefit regression framework in the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics in China. Methods: the application characteristics and construction process of net benefit regression framework were introduced by consulting relevant literature and books at home and abroad. Results: the net benefit regression framework was able to evaluate the net monetary benefits of each treatment group and to make more reasonable statistical inference to resolve the uncertainty of incremental analysis results. Especially in prospective observational or retrospective cohort studies, econometric methods are used to identify important confounding factors and perform subgroup analysis. Conclusion: the net benefit regression framework has obvious advantages and application value in the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics, which is worthy of further study and application.
